We changed our water filter and our pump lost prime. Called this company because others were booked for a week out. Their response time was good. They said we needed a ball valve and that would prevent this from happening again. They claimed they didn't have a valve on the truck and would return the next day. Then they said we needed a new pressure tank at a cost of $3000 plus tax. After talking to a reputable plumber we found our pressure tank is good. But the ""work"" done by In and Out had to be redone. In and Out charged us for 2 plumbers and 2 service calls. Very unethical. If you need an honest plumber - look elsewhere!
