We had a Hague Water softener installed by Desert Water Conditioning last November and could not be happier! Our house was built in 1938 and figuring out the install was quite a challenge. Vance was patient and spent quite a bit of time doing an amazing job of installing the system. First of all Hague Water Systems are the best in the country. Having said that it takes a really good technician to ensure your installation and system performance is top notch. Aka...Vance Rosin is the best. Vance installed a Hague system for me in my home in Coachella Valley.

It's rare to find someone with such great customer service, all the time, any time you need service. Vance has always done what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. My system has performed flawlessly since installation over a year ago. Vance at the drop of a hat will come by and ensure everything is working properly.

I can't say enough about his knowledge and service. Five stars on all accounts!

Vance did excellent work for me in April, 2018 - installing a water conditioning system as well as an ""under the sink"" water purifying system in my kitchen.

I've been extremely pleased with the systems he installed. Vance was quick in communications, arrived on schedule and completed the work on time. He is quite responsive! Made a quick stop at my house the other day to correct an issue with the water purifying system, coming over literally 20 minutes after I called him.

Great local company and I would encourage everyone to use Desert Water Conditioning.

After my wife & I moved to Palm Desert 6-7 months ago we could not help but notice the metalic taste of our water & the water stains left on our shower door & dishes and we realized how spoiled we had been with our old water softening system (thanks to our prior homes water system that we paid for monthly).

So after doing loads of research we decided to go with Vance at Hague Quality Water and here's why (I should point out that the Hague system is not the cheapest system up-front - but should be in the long-run):

1) Vance. He was honest & patient with all of our 100's of questions. He never attempted to sell us a system, he just simply educated us with his experience. He even allowed us go check-out a system in our area.
2) Instalation: We had a unique location issue for the tanks but Vance & his partner figured out a way to install the tanks with maximum functionality and with the minimum cosmetic impact.
2) The Hague equipment & service guarantee. Best in the industry!
3) Aside from eliminating the metal tastes & water stains, the Hague water system, in the long run, will help reduce damage to our water pipes (we hope).
4) Since we travel a lot we now don't have to worry about coordinating with a company to swap-out old tanks with new.

I never thought I would be Yelping a 5 Star review for a water system in my life but there is always the first time...!! Love our system and Thank You Vance for the great work...!!

At the initial interview Vance was on time. friendly, and provided detailed and clear explanations regarding the water softening system he would install. He answered all questions clearly. After consideration and review of other companies we decided to work with Vance. He was on time at future appointments. On the day of the installation he and his helper provided efficient and thorough service. After installation he explained everything clearly. All in all this was a very satisfactory situation. We are quite pleased with the service and equipment.

Met Vance a year or so ago, and got his card in case we ever needed a plumber. So when we got a shower drain backup and clog, we dug his card out and called. He quickly came and cleared the line, and changed the toilet seal same visit for a very reasonable price! Very nice fellow too! We now have a new person to add to our list of trusted service providers.
