I had a Hague water conditioner issue. Come to find out it was a broken part not firing the piston. They came out the next day, with a working part, and even got my refund from the warranty from Hague and refunded it for me. Didn't have to do a thing. $155 for the service call seemed a little high, but honestly it's a relief to have a group so reliable and helpful. Worth the cost and will use them again for my needs.

We have a house in La Quinta where the water is really bad; it's very hard, has a strong odor of chlorine, and tastes awful. Our pets won't even drink the tap water! After seeing many of our fixtures and appliances ruined and constantly battling mineral deposits in the showers and sinks, we decided to install both a water conditioner and filtration (reverse osmosis system). After getting several bids from different vendors, we decided that Vance, at Desert Water Conditioning, after the best solution for a great price.

We did a significant amount of research and thought we knew exactly what we wanted, which was a whole house reverse osmosis system. After learning those systems can cause leeching of the cooper pipers and small leaks, we decided the Hague Water Max system, a water conditioner and reverse osmosis system, was the best choice for us.

From the initial meeting, it was clear Vance knew what he was talking about. His expertise continued through the installation, which was flawless. He made repeated calls to ensure our system was working properly and offered to come back to the house and make any necessary adjustments. As others have mentioned, he is a plumber and can fix just about any water/pipe related issue, which is a great bonus!

Vance made a stressful project stress-free and installed a water solution that ensures we have both safe and great tasting water! He is a pleasure to work with and we will definitely have him back for other projects!

We decided that a great investment would be a water filtration system. The water here is so hard and the spotting was terrible not to mention the negative impact on our dishwasher, washing machine and shower heads. It was a very smart and excellent investment. I love having drinkable water right out of the sink. I no longer buy plastic bottled water!!

WORTH every cent!! What a difference - what a company.

So glad our neighbors told us about Vance of Desert Water Conditioning. New to Palm Springs, we had no experience with the hard water issue, spotting and yucky taste of the tap water and all the issues hard water can cause with plumbing and appliances.

We called Vance and he came by to give us an idea of how it worked, what it would cost and when he could do the work. He showed up when he said he would, clearly explained everything, gave us a quote and even helped with the HOA paperwork.

The low maintenance, high quality system he installed could not be any better. No fuss, no muss and no hidden fees. He even cleaned up after himself and did not tear up the whole yard either.

Vance is friendly, reliable and professional. So happy we did this! The water tastes 100% better, the spotting has been reduced.

I had a Hauge water softening system in my new Del Webb @ Rancho Mirage.
