Wes was great. Called him for a leaky shower and he missed my call. Called back right away and said he can come out next day at 8am. He showed up on time and diagnosed the problem quickly and had to open up the drywall. It was a perfect cut for an easy patch job after. Thanks so much Wes for coming so quickly and fixing our leak !! Would recommend to anyone.

I was stuck in a bind trying to replace a water heater for a renter and work within my renter's availability. I had already promised the water heater would be replaced at a particular time and day because I scheduled the work with another company. The day before the work was supposed to happen, the company told me they didn't have the right water heater and couldn't find another so it would be delayed by many days. Frantically I called and texted around. Desert United Plumbing was quick to respond, able to find the exact water heater needed in a very short period of time, was easy to communicate with, and very professional on the job. We were getting new countertops installed, so we called Wes and arranged to set up an appointment to unhook the disposal, sink and dishwasher and again to hook the pipes, new sink, disposal and dishwasher again after the countertop installation was complete.
Some of the job was not easy (re: the dishwasher) due to the fact that our house is older and a little wonky, but Ramone took care of everything and did an extremely excellent (and very clean) job getting everything done to perfection.
We couldn't be more pleased with this company and HIGHLY recommend them. Thanks, guys!

Wes is amazing, and this review is long overdue. Last year, a couple weeks after I moved into my house, there was a steady leak under the kitchen sink. I called three plumbers... one never called me back, one was going to charge me $75 extra trip fee just to come look. Wes, on the other hand, called me back immediately and fit me into his schedule the same day. He came out, assessed, quoted, ran to supply store and replaced my kitchen faucet all in the same evening. He was amazing, friendly and prompt. And then last week, he came out next day (only because I wasn't avail the same day, but he was!), when I called him, to trouble-shoot my water heater. I hate plumbing issues, but Wes is the best -- I only call him now. Thanks, Wes!

THE BEST PLUMBER!! Wes showed up on a Friday afternoon, within less than an hour and worked until he unclogged my sewer line and it was not easy. Then did a scope and locater detection to show me where the problem was and showed me exactly what I need to do next so the issue would not repeat. I trust Wes 150%. I will refer Wes to everyone I know. It is so hard to find professional, trustworthy plumber and he is a super nice guy and family man. I love to support hard working people! Wes is my plumber for as long as he is in business.

I called Wes & explained that a handyman had installed new shower heads & water control. Unfortunately, the guy didn't know what he was doing. In both showers we didn't have cold water! You would turn it on & it would be hot to warm! Wes right away new the problem & fixed both of them. He said they were all wrong. We also thought maybe we need a new water heater. He checked it out & said not till 2 years. He could have lied & we would have had to dish out a lot of money. I can't say enough about him. He is very honest & reasonable. We recommend him.
