I needed help locating a leak and quickly. I didn't have any contacts for an issue like this so I had to look up leak detection and make calls which often times is a struggle. I called Carlos Monday morning - I had seen his truck around town - and within the hour I received a call back. By that afternoon Carlos was at my place, confirmed there was a leak and the general area and told me he would be back on Wednesday to handle the repair. I had a big leak. I immediately felt I could trust Carlos and I was right. He returned on Wednesday, explained and documented the process, provided options I could understand and repaired the leak same day and without destroying my unit. Carlos is a true professional. I highly recommend.

I was so glad I called Carlos at Desert Rooter Plumbing & Leak Detection. I got super lucky & he was at my door in less than an hour. He assessed my situation & discovered a leak behind my fridge. Fixed it quickly & referred a Rapid Dry Restoration service, to make sure the leak is completely & properly dealt with. I couldn't be happier with everything Carlos did to fix our problem, in a super quick timeframe. He is honest, kind & professional. Very highly recommend!

Carlos is the best! I was having an extremely high water bill on my vacation home, he went the next day to asses the situation. He discovered a broken chain on the toilet that was causing it to continually flush and detected a slab leak under the bathroom sink. He is reasonably priced and is going to repair the slab leak for us. Highly recommend Desert Rooter plumbing!

He took the time to explain the process and what he was doing and carefully checked everything out both inside and outside of my home. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if I need a plumber!

We had an issue with the kitchen sink not draining at all. Carlos was great! He got to the house really quickly and took care of the situation immediately.
