While Desert Industrial offers good supplies they really need to work on their customer service. This is especially true when dealing with customers for whom English is not their predominant language. A recent experience at Desert Industrial was very disappointing in regard to how our plumber was treated by the company. Santa Clarita is changing very quickly, perhaps Desert Industrial can be more aware of this and treat its Latino customers with more courtesy. A disappointing experience.

This business is mostly wholesale, but I have to say, any time I go in, they are very helpful. If you go to OSH or HD and can't find something, Desert will have it or have some solution. I was there today and had a tricky plumbing problem. The guy tried to solve the problem, came up short and offered to call another business he knew of to try to satisfy my situation. Give them a try, I think you will be happy. They do sell retail although it seems very 'wholesale'.
