Richard from Desert Drain Cleaning Plumbing Services responded quickly to my call about blocked toilets. He examined and tested both toilets, and the result surprised me. Rather than set up expensive repairs, Richard prepared me. Apparently it was me contributing to the problem.
I received a polite instruction on toilet flushing in a way that allowed the most water to go through the drain.
My expectation before Richard's arrival was that I was facing an expensive repair. I was surprised when Richard quoted me an exceptionally reasonable price.

We had a leaky toilet, not an emergency, so I called Desert Drain Cleaning and spoke with Richard. He was very friendly and I scheduled an appointment the next morning. He arrived right on time with his daughter in tow (no school due to COVID-19) and they got to work right away, both wearing masks of course. The wax ring needed to be replaced and he also stabilized the toilet so it will not move at all and the new ring should be fine for years to come. The service was thorough and I thought quite reasonably priced. Very pleased and highly recommended!

Coronavirus support - Had backup in my patio drainage pipe. Recent rains caused backup. Richard and daughter (age 11) showed up. Both with protective face masks and kept 6 ft distance. Daughters school is closed due to Coronavirus and Dad has her during the day. They were wonderful. They identified the problem and repaired the blockage. Thank you for your help.

Although his service was prompt, I feel we were overcharged. Yes, it is during the coronavirus (and he did wear a mask, as did we), but the price was twice what we were charged a few months ago for the same service (clearing a stopped drain). $185 this time; $95 a couple of months ago. (Both visits less than 30 min.) What were we going to say? :(.

We recently used the service of Desert Drain Cleaning to fix our toilets. They were continually making the 'running water' sound and of course, we thought the worst. Since they are older, we'd have to buy new toilets, installation, etc. that would have cost us a lot. But, 'Richard' from DDC was familiar with the issue and fixed the problem quickly and without a high cost. DDC is reasonably priced, professional and knowledgeable, We highly recommend DDC for all your plumbing needs.

Excellent service. To me they come across as honest and trustworthy, so important in this kind of profession. The service tech was nice, friendly and kept me informed of what he was doing and didnt mind me looking over his shoulder while he fixed the problem. Will definately be using them again next time i have any plumbing issue
