I chose DDC because of the exceptional reviews describing DDC's honesty and great work. The reviews did not disappoint. I didn't know what was happening with my over 12 year old water heater. It was leaking. Richard came out and assessed and explained/educated me to where the issue was and said it's a simple fix. All that was needed was to tighten a nut. He even said that I probably have a few more years on the water heater. The service cost was very reasonable. You are in my phone book to call for when I really do need to replace the water heater.
