We called out Desert Cities Pluming to add a misting system. They were extremely professional, excellent work, and we are very pleased with the results. Highly recommend !!! ( Very important to add a Micro filter on the line to keep out the ""Lime"" (Hard water) so the heads wont clog up!)

Called about an A/C drain line clog. They came out within 30 minutes on a Saturday and the problem was solved an hour after I made the call. They showed up in masks and kept their distance with COVID-19 which I appreciate. Bill was great to deal with. The price was what he quoted over the phone which was very reasonable. Called with a sudden leak that was spraying out for emergency service. Quoted arrival in 2 hours, there in 1. When using another plumbing company a similar repair took two hours, they had it done in 30 minutes. Prompt, quick, professional. Workmanship is great and got everything right the first time. We're in a condo complex that has shared water and they were very accommodating with water shutoff process and the amount of time it took to drain. Would gladly call them again for any issues.

I called Desert Cities Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon about a garbage disposal issue. Bill spent time to talk through the problem and the possible various outcomes. I made an appointment for Monday. They called an hour before the scheduled time and offered to come by earlier. They showed up right at the new estimated time. I was prepared to have to have the disposal replaced but Bill was able to fix the problem in about 10 minutes. All it cost was $99. I'm very happy with their service and will call them again for any plumbing needs.

Loved that when I called at 4:50pm they said it was no problem to come that day and said the ETA was 5:40. Bill arrived very close to that time. He and his partner introduced themselves, were both wearing masks and kindly asked if they could come in. I explained the first of 3 issues and they took it from there. They even had to go out to buy a part and had no problem doing that at 6:45pm. They worked quickly and efficiently. When they were finished Bill told me to call him if I had any further issues and that he'd come right out and take care of it. I will definitely use Bill and his company again. Definitely recommend!
