I had a water heater burner fail and needed to get it fixed ASAP before renters arrived. I called Bill at Desert Cities Plumbing on Saturday at 2:50pm, and exactly one hour later he had it fixed and running again! Our Kitchen sinks backed up and made a huge mess on a Monday night. We called Desert Cities Plumbing and Bill (Owner) set an appointment for 8:30am Tuesday. We were pleasantly surprised he could respond so quickly! Bill and his assistant showed up right on time, properly masked etc. for Covid 19 safety. He immediately diagnosed the problem and got the sewer line cleaned out. He took his time afterwards to thoroughly test the system. Very professional!

I have never been so happy to write the check to pay for this repair. Courteous, clean, fair price, and did a great job! We will absolutely use his services again and will highly recommend him to our friends and neighbors. Very pleased!
