Love this plumbing company in central Oregon. Casey and his team always come through for me. From my normal upgrades and projects to a freezing pipe that burst. They are fast, friendly, safe and their communication is perfect to keep me informed. If you are a business or a homeowner this is the company you should use.

Chris has been the same plumber that has come to our home each time, so we got to know him, and felt very secure that he knew our home well! We have always been impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness! Most of all, his ability to assess the problem and resolve the issue immediately, always gives us confidence that everything will be done correctly...and it always is!!

Everyone in the the office is very professional, efficient, and helpful, which also adds to our confidence that the job will be completed to our satisfaction.

Would highly recommend Deschutes Plumbing. I'm almost sure they are the only plumber in town that will A) pick up the phone and B) get you on the schedule in a reasonable manner.

In a busy town where services who get busy (plumbers, electricians, etc) can afford to ignore your call, Deschutes Plumbing keeps their customer service a top priority. Refreshing.

I had a pretty significant issue with the way one of their plumbers botched a job at my house. Once they understood the issue they sent out a different plumber to come in and sort it out - AND they stepped up to the plate and reimbursed me for the damage. I truly did not expect that.

Laurie, that puts you and Deschutes Plumbing at the very top of my list the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Other plumbing companies in Bend, take note. THIS is how you take care of customers. This level of service is rare indeed.

We are so grateful to have come upon Deschutes Plumbing while researching & calling around town. To begin, our Yelp quote request was immediately responded to on a Saturday. When we followed up to make a plan on Monday morning, the call was answered by Laurie, quote was clear & a plan was made for the following day!! Could not have been happier. We just closed on a home which had several issues we needed the peace of mind to turn over to a pro. Mike called my husband the day of & arrived exactly as planned, then did perfect work in a short amount of time. He went above & beyond on this job by giving us feedback on our faucet selections, helping my husband install a hot water heater pan & hole for emergency drain, then even went so far as to check the remainder of the home for us in the event of other problems. All for less than we were quoted by others who were out two weeks or more. Very hard to find this quality of business iround Bend any more. Thank you!

Excellent service! They had installed kitchen faucet that later failed. (Good bet that it may have been due to plumber that no longer works there...we both thought.) They came back a few months later and did the job for free. These are honest and good folks. Mike was the plumber who got us on track again. They are my go-to plumbing company!

Randy came out to our house on May 21st for a repair. Unfortunately the office apparently looked at a previous job they did for us when they sent him, so he did not bring the right parts. It bugs me to have to pay for him to drive back and get the needed parts. Did an okay job, but not really pleased. I'd give them 2.5 stars - but not 3.
