He did a great job, was prompt and didn't make a mess. $225 an hour sounds high for 2 men and a monster machine, but they were efficient and the job came to half of what Roto-Rooter quoted. I would definitely call him first next time.

I read the previous negative feedback. Plumbers are very busy in this area and yes they will not take credit cards why because the credit card company charges a huge fee would take some money out of the small business owners pocket. You may need to make a call or two but these guys are doing an awesome job for us. He's doing a rough out on our business he's been there every day that he says he will be and it puts in a full day. These guys are upfront and honest they clean up after themselves. Their job is almost done and they've been in there for a few days. My other contractors are not as clean has this plumber is when it comes to cleaning up after themselves. I do highly recommend him fo
r you being your plumber. Just keep in mind there working and sometimes they don't get to their phone messages till later in the day. So if it takes a couple phone calls it'll be well worth the effort. As to their fees the right there with the rest of the people in this area that do the same kind of work so they are very fair with their pricing.

Called once and couldn't get an estimate, does not take Credit cards and charges $80.00 per man for 2 man team for $160.00 an hour. Ask if he knew who took credit cards he referred me to someone with a 3 week lead time. Called him back and told him he could have the job, never heard from him again. He knows how to say. ""Oh Boy""
