Never on time, gives you a window of 2 hours and doesn't show up until 3 hours later. Sends another person who texts you be there shortly. My window given to me by office person was 8-10 AM. This other person to be there shortly arrives at 1PM. Left stating he would get with the owner to give me a price. Owner finally texts a message followed by a phone call to tell me he does not like my attitude. Well for one thing when the office girl tells you something and no one shows up in that hour and you cannot reach her you begin to wonder. Continued trying to reach the office still no answer so left a message. I left several messages that no one had shown up yet. When I finally reached the office girl she told me that the owner had finished the call he was on and leaving the job and would reach me in 30 minutes. When that did not happen I called again and again and got no answer whatsoever. I just asked for someone to give me a price. BECAUSE OF ALL THIS I AM STATING MY OPINION ON DESANTO PLUMBING. Doesn't call to tell you he is going to be late. Owner James is Very Very rude, nasty, unprofessional, arrogant, plus tells you need things you don't to boost hIs bill. Avoid this business at all costs. I would never call them again nor refer them to anyone. Remember, you have been warned. Doesn't even deserve one star. Also read review from Carlos R.

I DO NOT recommend this company. Been dealing with them for the last 3 months. They replaced my well pump. The same night I started getting air in my pipes inside the home. I called numerous times to finally have the owner come a month and a half later to say there is a break in the well pipe. So the break happened when they pulled it out or put it back in. Either way. Their fault. Now I'm at the point where I barely have water in my home. I have tried calling, texting and no one cares to show up.
