Who do you call when you have a clogged sink? Who knew that plumbers are so specialized now that only certain specialties can unclog sinks and pipes. After calling several plumbers I was left dismayed until I called Des Moines Drain & Sewer. I could not get a specific time when they would arrive, but at least it would be the same day I called. The service call rate seemed comparable to others within the trade. Once they show up I will let you know the quality and overall workmanship. For now I am rating them on their meet and greet over the phone mannerism that made it easy with same day scheduling. Stay tuned for an update on the repair! The tech did a fantastic job. The price was more than reasonable with my senior and military discount. A very professional company.

We highly recommend Des Moines Drain & Sewer! He came out the same day we called and had it unclogged in under an hour. He covered the stairs with a tarp before bringing in his equipment. The price was very reasonable.

In our West Des Moines home, we had a bathroom sink with a very slow running drain and a faucet that would not dispense hot water. Roto Rooter was unable to fix the former and Holt Plumbing could not fix the latter. Jeff came out and repaired both problems in less than 10 minutes. We strongly recommend Des Moines Drain & Sewer!

July 3rd, Friday we had a problem replacing our toilet. A small spray bottle fell into the open floor!!???. Paul was nice enough to show up at 6:30pm and efficiently got it out!!! He was so great and nice!! I can't recommend them enough!!! I will putting their number in my phone!!
