This is the worst service I have ever seen. I called the person who answered the phone and told me that there is no time on the day, but he will call me next day to help me repair the toilet, but next day I have been waiting for the whole day Without a phone call, I wrote a text message and asked him if he was still repairing today. No one has ever responded. He has never seen such an unreliable service. If there is no time on that day, at least he can inform the customer whether he can choose another time but not reply. Is wasting time for others

Each time I called or texted Derek he immediately picked up and responded every time. Called on a Friday (12/28) about two faulty elements and after taking his professional advice, I purchased a replacement water heater. He arrived the next day and discovered as he had anticipated, my 10 year old water heater was filled with sediment (hard waikoloa water). After emptying as much as he could, he muscled out the old and installed the new! I had hot running water a hour or so later! Would highly recommend to friends and family! Very professional and knowledgeable.
