If I could give no stars I would. I havent even been customer and i never will be. While picking up my son from school he pulled up to a long line of cars and was cussing and blaring his horn with the utmost unprofessionalism.

.Incredibly disappointed and confused with how we have been treated. Derek has always been spectacular and has done all of our plumbing work since we moved in. However, this last month has left us confused. We have emailed and called and spoke once with his receptionist after leaving three voicemails and an email. I asked for any available appointment and told her we could make any time work. That was two weeks ago, and no phone or email message has been answered since. She stated Derek was busy when we spoke but did not indicate he was not taking new jobs. I finally left a voicemail last week asking for a response even if it was to say he was too busy. We waited for weeks for an appointment because we trust Derek but the lack of response from his office has left us in search of a new plumber
