Adrian is really good guy with a strong work ethic. He takes care of his customers. My water heater was leaking at a rapid rate. I tried to turn off the valve to the heater but it would barely budge. I called Dependable Water Heaters at 10:30 PM to leave a voice mail for someone to pick up in the morning. Adrian called me back a few minutes later! He did a quick diagnosis over the phone and advised me to turn off the main water valve for the night. A water heater could not be obtained until about 36 hours later, but Adrian came out the next morning to reroute the cold water so I had running water at least! A day later he installed my new water heater. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of well. He even called after installation to follow-up. WOW!

Adrian is very knowledgeable, extremely professional, and has a great attitude.

First, I had another water heater company come to inspect the water heater that was leaking. They determined it was not repairable and needed replacement. They did not notice any other damage and tried to sell me whole package with recirculation pump etc. and I would get a discount if I signed up then and there. I hate pressure sales tactics and flatly said no.

Then I called Adrian after seeing reviews on here. I explained to him why I thought I needed pump. He said he was happy to sell recirculation pump but I did not need it. My problem was most likely due to broken cartridge in shower and pump will not fix it. I just needed a plumber to replace it. Great advice!

When he came to replace the water heater, he noticed that the wall behind the heater was damp. He advised to first get the wall repaired otherwise mold will spread inside the walls. He then came the next day to remove the water heater once I found a contractor. After the wall was repaired, he came again to replace the water heater. He made three trips to my home even though he could have gotten away with a single trip because he treats customer's home as his own.

I've had a leak on the main water line. I know this means breaking through the concrete and is going to be expensive. It's been leaking lightly for a few weeks, but flow increased after the rain.

I've had experience with Dependable Water Heater before. Adrian had installed our water heater. I know he is reasonable. So, I've called him. Adrian was working somewhere but said as soon as he could, he or his partner will come by. Even though it was a Saturday, David drove by within a couple of hours to check what's going on and to give an estimate.

He checked closing and opening valves and checking the meter, including the sprinklers to make sure the problem is on my side of the meter. He gave me an awesome idea of routing a new line through a narrow grove between the concrete slabs to minimize the destruction and the estimate came to an optimal number.

The next morning, to reduce the time we can't use the water, 4 of them came to get the work done very quickly and efficiently. I am really happy with the work. These guys are Pros and gave attention to detail. I really liked the way Adrian worked before and am glad that David is the same.

They not only stick to what was planned while estimating. They see something broken close by, they point them out and fix them without asking for extra. In my case, the meter box was cracked and there was a small leak in one of the sprinkler lines. And they did them all with a great attitude.

If you are a perfectionist like me, these are the guys you want to hire.

Adrian is the best.  Having a water heater problem in winter is not fun. I was so overwhelmed to call around and search online whether I can light it up again etc..  Finally I got a referral from a friend who just replaced their heater recently through Adrian.  I called and he at once asked me the model number, brand information etc.  Blur me... He reminded me that actually my heater is still under warranty.  After that, everything went smooth.  Adrian guided me through how to get the help from the warranty service. Then the part arrived and I called Adrian. His folk David, wonderful guy, came right away (within 1 hour after my part arrived). Boom. the problem was fixed without dragging at all.

All of us enjoy our wonderful hot water bath tonight... :)  Thanks a lot Adrian and David to serve the community during COVID.  All the best!!

Highly recommended! Adrian took his time to check the s/n and advised that part is still under warranty if I was willing to wait and showed up on time when the part arrived. I can't thank him enough. Definitely my go-to person when I'm replacing my water heater

A couple of months ago, my gas water heater couldn't be relit and in any case, approaching the end of its life so I found Dependable and called for a replacement. Adrian found out that it is potentially fixable by replacing the pilot fixture still, and gave me that option (which I appreciated). But since he hauled a new heater all the way already and spending another few hundred dollars for just a few more years seems undesirable to me, we went ahead with replacing the heater.

Adrian was friendly and we had nice chats! And he gave me many tips which could potentially save me more hassles (and which also means money!) in the future. Also, he offered me a $50 discount in the end because it didn't take him as much time as he thought. What a nice pal! Definitely recommend using him.

I highly recommend Adrian for his great service on Sunday morning. The AO Smith water heater had completely stopped working and the error code indicated that I needed a new burner. Adrian took the time to get my serial number for the water heater and found the cost and lead times to get a new burner. The cost and labor for installing a new burner was significant in comparison to a new unit and after a discussion about water heater reliability and the age of my unit, it was clear that I needed a new water heater. I told Adrian that I would be in touch after 1/2 hour, hung up the phone and decided to get other estimates. After calling and getting 3 other estimates, I decided to go with Adrian since he was the least expensive and would be able to come out almost immediately. Adrian and his assistant showed up, followed CDC COVID-19 guidelines and were able to pull my existing 40 gallon water heater, which was full of sediment, out from my basement with a small, tight staircase. The old water heater was really heavy and Adrian and his assistant to extra care to get the old unit out and pass the fragile back door threshold of my house. Once the old unit was outside, the back of the old water heater could be seen which was completely rusted out and could have started leaking at anytime. I really appreciate the time Adrian took during our initial conversation to educate me and make the correct decision to replace the water heater even before I committed to his service call. When the new water heater was being installed, Adrian took the time to further educate me. Adrian shared his experiences with other water heater brands, their reliability, and preventive maintenance that needs to be done to the new unit with respect to the super hard water at my house. Overall, Adrian was one of the best residential contractor I've dealt with in terms of cost, timeliness, efficiency and education over the past 30 years of being a homeowner.
