I have several rental properties and I have used this dependable sewer for awhile now and have been happy with them, just recently I experienced a situation where the toilet was not flushing but if you pour water in it the waste went down, I called dependable sewer and they came out and used the snake down the toilet and that didn't help I got a call asking to pull the toilet for 65.00 and I didn't think that needed to be done, I at my own home was having the same problem so I told the Tech it was the fridge cold weather and he disagreed. I told him if the stool didn't work after he pulled I she have to pay for that. Guess what the stool didn't work and another guess what I was charged for it. Guess what again I will be calling City Sewer from now on due to excessive charging because this was not the first incident.

Zero stars. So you came out 2 times. First time to fix toilet in basement and said the toilet on the first floor was fine. Next day had to call again and you came out again to fix that toilet and charged me again! Guess what? Had to call a plumber yesterday and they had to fix the same toilets because your worker failed to do his job. Called you twice to try and make things right. Was told both times someone would call me back. Never happened. Basic plumbing. I will never use you again and anyone reading this post trust me, I never do this. Don't call them. Call someone else. Can't believe you allow such a incompetent ""technician"" represent you and your company. Failure on every level.

I would first like to thank the gentlemen that came out to the house to fix the septic issues, they were very polite and worked quickly. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the personnel that take the calls, payments etc. Both ladies were very rude that I spoke with and I was ultimately accused of not providing payment when it was in fact provided. I've never been treated so poorly by individuals that work in customer service and no longer will be utilizing Dependable Sewer.

I called Dependable and explained that I needed my sewer line cleaned out and a camera run down it to determine what was causing it to back-up for the third time that month. They quoted me a reasonable price for both services and scheduled them for later in the day.

After the tech snaked the line, the drains still hadn't cleared so he ran an additional snake down the floor drain itself. Only AFTER doing so did he tell me that running the second snake would cause the price to double. He further explained that I wouldn't be getting the camera inspection that day as had been scheduled. I ended up paying twice as much as expected for half of the services I had scheduled.

I called to file a complaint, and was told a supervisor would be in contact, but that has yet to happen. It's not good business to suddenly double the quoted price of a service, only to inform the customer AFTER the service has been rendered.

As for the tech himself, he wasn't wearing a mask, did not appear to be observing any COVID-19 precautions, and he forgot to remove his drop cloth after finishing his work.

Needed a sewer line cleaned due to a blockage and was able to schedule service around my schedule. Very friendly receptionist! The day of service I expected someone between 12-2, received a call at 11:50 asking if they could send someone over and by noon they were in my driveway! I was happy to see he wore a respirator inside my home as I am very cautious about the current pandemic. He was very friendly, answered all my questions, gave transparent expectations for my old plumbing (120 year old house), and worked quickly. Solved my problem efficiently and checked out a few other things I needed addressed and made sure all my concerns/questions were answered before he left. Price was extremely fair. I'd definitely give them my business in the future.

One of their dependable service vans cut me off on the highway causing me to swerve. They then preceded to drive 90 passed me only to later slow down to get behind me and ride my bumper. D7m 3566. Great service

I called Dependable Sewer Service at 9:45 am January 2, to clear a stoppage in my kitchen sink. Not an emergency nor a major situation, but if you can't use your kitchen sink, it rapidly becomes a big problem. I was very happy to be told someone would be here today and I'd receive notice when the serviceman was on his way. At 10:55 am I got the call telling me he was on his way and should be here in about 30 minutes. At 11:30 am the van pulled up to my house. Very pleasant young man who had everything done within 20 minutes! And at a very reasonable price! On point from phone call to service completed! Thank you, Dependable Sewer Service, and the serviceman who did the job! (Gooooooooo Dude!) I will happily recommend you, with honesty, to anyone asking me for referrals in your area of expertise!

I would have loved to review the services of Dependable Services, but truth is, I called 3 times and was told they'd be right over, but they never came.

I called on a Thursday afternoon and was surprised to hear that they'd be over in a couple of hours. I said okay and no one showed. Then nothing the next day until about 5pm when we were not home (they didn't leave message). So I called back and asked for them to come on Monday before 1pm. They said no problem and then no one came. I called at 1:15 and they said he'd be here. Never showed up. Then they called on Tuesday afternoon when again, we were out (again, no message).

How do they stay in business like this? Guess I will never know how their work actually is.

They came to my home the same business day I called to give me a free quote on a leak under my sink. Plumber was very professional and I would definitely call them again if needed!

I highly recommend this company. Scott came by on a Saturday. He was very courteous and worked hard to make sure the job was completed. Very trustworthy.
