What a great experience! Can't speak highly enough for our crew that worked on our new duct install in our mobile home the past 3 days (June 21-22-23). Highly recommend! So polite, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful ...despite my million and one questions. From Dalton (diagnose and estimate), to Zach and his crew of installers - to Chris the plumber; we were highly impressed. What a great representation for the company! These guys had the BEST attitude and customer service which is so rare to find these days. They truly made an uncertain, scary """"home owners dilemma"""" as pleasant and pain free as possible. Many thanks to great service, we will be a long time customer! Such a positive experience!

So I joined the loyalty club expecting that I would have a plumber and HVAC techs that I could depend on if something should go wrong.Well the HVAC techs cam out and did a pretty good job of inspecting my unit and making some minor repairs I was pretty happy.Then it was time for a plumbing inspection.The plumber came out and said he was here to inspect my plumbing.I led him inside where he just looked at a couple of things under the sinks not even using a flashlight so I dont know what he was seeing in those dark cabinets.Never checked the water lines going to the bath which I found later needed to be replaced.So we went outside and I led him to the entrance to get under the house.He told me that he doesnt go under the house.I was confused because thats where all the plumbing is.Then I asked him if he could cap off an unused water line in my kitchen.He told me he didnt have the tools or equipment to do that.i later contacted the office and asked if this was how the 235.00 loyalty club worked.They sent another plumber out a week later and this guy yiu could tell didnt want to be here.He did go under the house though and looked around but he did nothing else .Asked if he could cap the water line he said he didnt have the equipment to do it.I would not recommend these guys for any plumbing work.Now fast foward to my second visit of the HVAC TECH.tHIS GUY CAME AND REALLY DIDNT SAY 2 WORDS TO ME .He went upstairs to check my air handler and almost the entire time he was there he was on the phone with another tech on another job.He then went out to check my compressor and after a while told me that my capacitor needed to be replaced.No explanation of what this did or if had to be done right away.He said only that it needed to be replaced and told me it would be 254.00.I said no because I wanted to research this a bit since I didnt believe that a capacitor would be so expensive.I shopped around and got some answers and found that these capacitors which have 3 connections and two screws can be bought for as low as 18.00.I called the office and asked that could it be he made a mistake?Well they said that they would have the HVAC manager call me back.They never called me back which tells me they couldnt justify the high price.It may be a good idea to stay away from this business.Plumbers need to go where the plumbing is and the company needs to return phone calls.I feel like I threw away my 234.00 but will never do it again.As I finish this the HVAC tech from another company just finished installing the 254.00 part for 150.00 includes part,service call and system check.

Absolutely one of the worst businesses we have ever dealt with....There is so much they have done wrong from beginning to end it is ridiculous I did not have the patience or the time to sit here and list everything if I can save anybody aggravation go somewhere else

My AC's fuse was blown after I wired one wire on my Nest Thermostat incorrectly. The available appointment was the next day, once they came they found that the fuse was blown, nobody told me how much it will cost to fix it. They replaced the fused and told me it's 140$, the fuse is just like the one cars have 24Volts, cost under a dollar. They were present 20 min max. I feel like being robbed!! Never Again!!! Just know the other AC company in Pawleys Island charges 79$ to diagnose!!!

I waited a few months to write this, but I keep seeing their vans around Pawleys Island and it really bugs me. Long story short: I called their office on a Friday because I had a clogged kitchen drain. The receptionist said they couldn't have anyone to my house until """"next Tuesday afternoon."""" I said ok, but I asked how much it might be to clear a drain. She responded that she couldn't tell me and that the """"technician"""" would do that when he got to my house. We waited patiently till Tuesday afternoon and their guy showed up at my door. He looked at my sink, then pulled out his iPad. He scrolled through their site and said; """"clogged kitchen sink. That'll cost you $342"""" To which I said, why in the world couldn't your gal on the phone tell me that? This might only take you 20 minutes to root out the clog. He said that might be, but that's our standard rate on a kitchen sink. Again he said that'll cost you $342. I responded, """"nope. Not gonna cost me that because that's way overpriced."""" Surprisingly he left without any issue...and I've never received a $59 bill for making the house call. I immediately went back online and found another plumber who had a guy at my house within an hour and cleared the drain for $185. Beware of Dependable and stay away from them. ( I don't remember the name of the second company, but it was something like J & N Plumbing...good guys.)

After having issues with hot water pressure in my upstairs bathroom I called Dependable Service Plumbing & Air. My service technician was nice and quickly fixed the problem in less than one hour. The cartridge in the faucet fixture needed replacement, a 20$ part or free if you go through Delta or Kohler. I was given a bill of over 400 dollars for this work. After telling the technician how unfair I believed the pricing was he did help me some by providing me a 35 dollar coupon. However, I still believe for a company whose values are dependability and Christ like approaches I feel 366 dollars is a total scam. As a single-mother I felt like I could trust this company because of the way they marketed themselves serving Christ. I could not have been more wrong and I feel like pricing was very unfair and I will not use or recommend this company to anyone.

I was impressed with everything about this company. They were recommended to my by a family member and I am so glad I called them. The customer service was impeccable from the initial phone call to set up an appointment for a quote all the way to the follow up phone call after the work was completed. I will be using this company for all my plumbing and hvac needs in the future.
