So I called and asked for emergency service, they weren't available that day but the person I spoke with gave me great advice, told me to go open the lids and look to see if there was a clog from the outlet of the house to the solids tank and if so to ""just try poking it with a stick"" to see if it clears up.
Turns out he was *spot on*, solved my problem myself in just a few minutes and saved me and my family a lot of hassle and would have otherwise had to pay good money to others.
I now have a great septic company that I'm sure I'll use for all my needs going forward. I asked for a rate to go ahead and have them pump my tanks as they are getting full and his price was lower than a major local competitor.
