Thank you Jeremy for coming out to rule out my plumbing issues!!! Discovered a puddle of grey water with flies circulating around the area, and trying to determine if this was a sewer leak or a busted water line. Certainly, I was not going to dig in some poop and had to find out for sure. Jeremy assisted with with a camera line to diagnose the issue, and come to find out my neighbors sewer line also ran under my property. No problem, Jeremy assisted with snaking the camera in my neighbors sewer (with permission) to find out for sure. Good news was that our sewer line was intact with some exceptions on the grading and leveling. But my puddle of mess was not poopy water and indeed just a sprinkler leak. Not to mention, he gave me a courtesy service and did not charge me a dime and came all the way out just to make sure!!!!! Thank you, Jeremy!!!

Unfortunately, my house ended up being outside Dependable's service area. However, I just want to compliment them on their responsiveness and friendliness in fielding my request for a quote. They responded immediately, then Tony called me to find out more info. He was extremely friendly, and tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone despite being outside their area. I definitely would want to use them if we were close enough.

Had issues with 2 of the 4 apartment units with black sewer water coming up into the bathtub. Called Saturday night and Jeremy and his team came the next morning to assess the issue and had great patience with us to explain the issue a few times to the multiple different owners on this property. We actually had 3 quotes and this quote was the cheapest and the least intrusive to the interior of the building. They were quick to respond and resolve the issues.

So, I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to write this one after our wonderful experience working with Dependable Rooter & Plumbing. From the Moment we reached out to Tony and his team they were professional, prompt, transparent as well as highly knowledgeable. Josh came and provided the original diagnosis (free of charge) of our ongoing back up/clogging issues happening thoughout our recently purchased Claremont home. FYI - We had the indoor plumbing replaced prior to moving in, but had no idea what lurked under the house. Well, the pipes were the originals from 1955 and were in need of a full replacement from the home to the curb. Josh provided a very competitive quote as well as a timeline for work completion. Josh and his team (Jordan, Justin and Angel) arrived over the next couple days for the job and arrived on time, professional, and worked extremely well together as a unit. I must say we were thoroughly impressed. Based on the clogging issues we were having we had four other prior plumbers here doing work to try to fix the issues and none were on par with this team as fas as an honest analysis. They just snaked the line and hydrojetted it as well. We needed a full repipe. So glad we went with Tony. Our full repipe and drainline replacement job was completed a day early and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommended going with Tony, Josh and the team at Dependable Rooter & Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Cut to the chase...I highly recommend this company! Right after the New Year I noticed the carpet in my downstairs closet was a little wet. I didn't pay it much mind because I thought my daughter had spilled something in there, as she likes to play hide and go seek in that closet. Come to find out the wetness expanded and when I rolled up the carpet I noticed that the whole floor was covered with water. I ended up calling friends and family to try to find a good plumber. Finally a neighbor recommended that I look up Dependable Rooter and Plumbing. I looked them up and saw that they were a five-star rated company on Yelp. I called them along with a couple of other companies and they were the first to respond. They came to my house and quickly determined that it was a slab leak. Nathan did the work and I highly recommend having him sent to your home. I'm sure they have other good plumbers in the company, but my experience was with Nate. Anyway, they not only worked with me and my insurance company but they partnered with the Restoration company that came in to ensure that I didn't have mold while they dried everything up for me. I'm in the process of having everything put back together and I wanted to take the time to write this because Dependable Rooter and Plumbing really managed everything for me and made my life a whole lot easier.

I had a major repair need for my rental home in upland - we needed to do a complete Repipe and I went to help for options
Tony was very responsive and came out quickly - Jeremy came out for the estimate and impressed my tenants with his professionalism - they were willing to work with me on the pricing and timing. They brought in extra help to complete a full house repipe in one day- they repaired the walls in day two - this was a major investment and I was impressed- highly recommend

Had some problems with my kitchen sink (grease clog it seems) was cause water to back up after a couple of minutes. Called them up around 10am and had some out (Jeremy) to my house by 10:30. Was super helpful and gave me a run down of the problem and what was necessary to probably fix it depending on how bad it was jammed. Had to go back to the office for some tools and came right back and fought with the pipes for a little while with the lower powered rooter with no luck. Fortunately the heavier duty rooter was able to get the job done and got all the grease out the pipes.

Jeremy was super helpful and was really great on giving me updates on how things were going and making sure I knew what was happening the whole time. Got done with everything in about 2 hours.

We are very thankful to Josh and Jordan from Dependable Rooters and Plumbing for helping us solve a major leak issue in our kitchen. We asked multiple contractors to come look at the leak and they gave their expensive and over the line opinions. (The leak was underground and it leads to the side of the house). Most of the answers we got were remodeling the whole kitchen because they thought the whole kitchen was on top of a pool of water... but Josh was confidently pointing out the issue after running his tools. We did find the correct spot. They only had to open the floor up and replaced the broken pipes -ONLY! That was it, no kitchen remodel.... The price was very reasonable, and to top that off they were super friendly, it was like chatting with a knowledge friend that gave you honest opinions- (not those whose trying to rip you off for the money). Professional honest feedback and warranties. We have multiple properties and I guess Josh and Jordan will now be our go to person :)
