Their field representative was very punctual and arrived on time. He was also very polite, professional, methodical and thorough in assessing work to be performed. He also communicated well and provided explanations that were easily understandable by a lay person.
Information was captured electronically and the generated quote was sent through email. Their bid was competitive but the company I went with had a special that was too good to pass on.
