He was very prompt, professional, reliable, and efficient. I appreciate that he took the time to show me where the leak was coming from and to educate me on what his plans were to fix it. He's very friendly and a great communicator. He immediately took the stress out of what could have been a nightmare of a situation and within a couple of hours he had gotten the job done. Being first time homeowners we've dreaded having to deal with issues like this, but now that I've found a reliable plumbing company, I'm not as worried if something like this ever happens again.
