Our old water heater flooded our basement and Dependable Plumbing came out the next day and performed an excellent install on a new heater. He quoted me a better price than the three other services I contacted. He actually did more work than the original quote but he didn't increase our bill, he didn't take any shortcuts and he takes pride in his work and it shows. This guy put the MASTER in Master Plumber. Joe is a organized professional and pays super attention to detail. Easy guy to talk to and gives advice on a number of plumbing issues. He recently installed a toilet for me and it was done quickly, cleanly, and down to the detail. I can't say enough about this guys' talent! Its refreshing to know there is a perfectionist contractor out there! You need to call this company!

Joe did an amazing job installing two toilets, bathroom vanity/sink/faucet and kitchen faucet. He was super quick, very professional and cleaned up when done.
We had this work done about 4 weeks ago and everything is still working great.
This is our second project with Joe. He installed a water softer, tankless water heater and repiped our house.

We needed several projects to be completed. Based on a recommendation, we contacted Joe at Dependable Plumbing. I had checked out the State of Michigan licensing and verified the company to be licensed and found that Joe is licensed as a Master Plumber.

I mainly communicated by text as Joe prefers that method. He won't answer or return calls when he's at a customer site. This is a good thing. The projects we needed took about 13 hours over three separate days. He arrived exactly on time each day.

The work performed was thorough and professional. The final bill was as estimated, and we felt that we received good value for our money. Highly recommended.
