We have used others plumbing companies in Lake City but Dependable Plumbing was excellent and very reasonable. Jeff was professional and very knowledgeable. He took care of all our plumbing problems fast and efficiently! I would highly recommend them and would ask for Jeff! Thanks!!

The guy came out to snake a clogged line, but only snaked it so far as to make a difference in the very short term. Same tech came back to the same location just 2 weeks later and snaked farther and harder than the first time, charging for both. What this says, is the job wasn't done thoroughly and therefore incorrectly the first time, this could be due to oversight and miscalculation (both the fault of the plumber) and easily excused, however it should not be charged twice. Where the company earned their single star was in charging for the second visit barely 2 weeks after the first. The home was also unoccupied for a week during this period as well with no use of the fixtures. Unfortunately this was done to a new home owner that has no prior experience in this realm, and all they told the customer was that she was lucky it was only a certain amount on the second visit. This is a predatory business. Would never recommend.

Highly recommend and will use again! Called Dependable Plumbing after many promises and two days waiting for someone else to resolve a plumbing issue for my mother in Lake City. Jeff Dudley of Dependable Plumbing came to my mother's home on time as promised. He was professional and polite and reassured Mom that all would be well. She was very stressed out by this point and really appreciated Jeff's calm and confident manner. Mom was very pleased with Jeff's work and felt that Dependable Plumbing's charges were quite reasonable. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

We had clogs somewhere between our bathroom and kitchen and nothing (shower, toilet, bathroom sink and kitchen sink were in working order). We had someone out twice who could not fix the issue from another company. We called Dependable Plumbing Co. and they gave us a time of 2pm (same day). They called and were here by 11am and within an hour the problems were fixed. Very friendly, responsive and reasonably priced! Highly recommend!
