Laura ..I thought my plumbing problem might be more serious than it was. Don was only at my house five minutes, and he charged me $150.00. (He did come down $15.00 on the price of $165.00, which he quoted me before he came out.) However, I think it's very unfair to charge me that much money for something really easy that took five minutes! I am a widow on social security, and to me that is a lot of money. I was willing to pay the full amount if the problem had been more major and taken longer to fix. If someone makes $150.00 for five minutes, he is making $1,800.00 an hour!!

I have used them for many year for any plumbing problems I have and they always do an excellent job. Their prices are affordable too which is a plus. Recently they installed a reverse osmosis system for me in my kitchen and I LOVE it! My husband wasn't sure why I needed it but now he loves it too! The water tastes so fresh.
