Amazing response and great job! On a Friday night we experience a waste line back up in our home. I called Dependable Plumbing on Saturday AM, got a call back immediately and Dave with Dependable was at our home shortly thereafter. He corrected the problem and charged us a very, very reasonable amount for it. I wouldn't consider any other plumber in the future. Thanks Dave and Dependable Plumbing.

With a main water line break, I called Dependable Plumbers. Spoke to the owner directly, who was quick to respond and worked with my schedule. Arrived on time, quickly assessed the issue and made repair at reasonable cost for the profession. I now have a new plumber, without all the fan fair of slick glossy websites and promises that aren't met.

Dang! These guys came right away when I called Robert about a leaky toilet supply line valve. Within an hour, Chris was ringing the doorbell. Amazing, and we weren't even regular customers. Chris was great, he got the job done, answered our questions, and had an easygoing manner. We will use these guys again for sure. Highly recommended!

I had a problem with my toilet for as long as I've been in this apartment, even after I called up maintenance. I gave up on maintenance to do their job so I called up Robert and he came the very day when I needed him, at my convenience! I was only going to be at the apartment for a few hours today, but Robert went above and beyond by driving a little over a hour to help me. He got here when I needed him even with my busy schedule. Robert was super professional, prompt and friendly! it's hard to find someone who will go out of their way to help you, but Robert is one of them! I will without a doubt call him when I need him! There is not enough stars to rate his service!

I would call them UNDEPENDABLE Plumbing Company! I used them once a couple of years ago and they were great. But since then, I have tried several times to contact them to ask them to do more plumbing work for me, but they have not returned my phone calls or my texts. It's like they are """"ghosting"""" me for some reason that I don't know. There was no problem previously on my end. They were paid with no issues, and they have never contacted me to convey any issues on their end. I don't know what happened, but I will not try to contact them again. It seems they have decided not to be reliable. I do not recommend using them. They don't seem to care about keeping their customers.

Got in over my head with an attempted do-it-yourself shower valve repair and ended up cracking a pipe in the wall and springing a leak. Dependable came immediately and fixed the problem installing a stronger valve body quickly and at reasonable price. Very knowledgeable and professional.
