I live in a condo and we had a sewer line back up which runs right in front of my unit. They flushed it once from the unit down from me and had to come back and flush it again from in front of my unit. Now we are inundated with little black flies. I have put many different things (green) down the drains and they will not go away. We have moved everything in the condo and there's not food of any kind anywhere rotting. I was told by a person in the plumbing dept of a big store, that when they flushed from in front of my condo that something probably backwashed up my line and stuck to the side of a pipe. I have never had this before. Has anyone else had this problem? The tech was polite and did clear the line the second time.

I have used Dependable Plumbing since 2003 professionally. Recently I had a back up in my personal toilet and shower. Technician Walter Gould arrived at my place within an hour and went straight to work. He knew exactly what he was doing, was efficient, got the problem taken care of, cleaned up and provided suggested long term solutions. He did a fantastic job! Additionally, in all of the years I have worked with this company the entire staff, both office staff and technicians, have done a great job for me. You can't go wrong hiring Dependable Plumbing.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Dependable Plumbing. They were prompt and the cost seemed competitive, although I don't have a lot of experience with plumbing prices.

Aaron, the plumber they sent out, was very nice and did a good job of explaining what my problem was. He completed the job quickly and (major plus) cleaned up when he was done. Also a plus is that Dependable does a lot of work in my condo complex, so they are familiar with the layout and some of the quirks of the building.

I am quite satisfied and would recommend Dependable to others.

I needed my water shut off and had to coordinate a time with my HOA, Dependable Plumbing, and the person doing the work. Shelbea was so helpful and saved me from the HOA cancelling my appointment. I had to push back the shut off and was able to arrange that with easily with Shelbea. Tony showed up promptly and was very polite. My experience with Dependable Plumbing was extremely positive. Avoid them ! very very expensive, 50% more than other plumbing company.
They had the job because they are involved why HOA and they know it. So if you can avoid, run away and take another company you can save a lot of money and time !

Over charge for services! Rude staff! very unprofessional. Find any other plumber and you will have a better experience.

They were recommended by my HOA. ( We won't use them again after they fix what they need to fix)
My mom is elderly and has been a resident in her condo for many years. They came and did an estimate for the work that needed to be done. With a senior discount it came to 2K. Here's the main thing: Basically we weren't able to take baths because the lever to shut the drain didn't work. After they repaired it, it worked, we could take baths. Now, a few months later, it's not working again. So I called my HOA to send them out and see what was the matter. They came today and said they NEVER were told to fix those bathtubs.
I saw it with my own two eyes: showing them it was broken, and then them fixing it, and yes, after they FIXED it we were able to take baths. We would have never paid them if they didn't fix that issue! So now they're lying to me and saying they never fixed it so they can make more $$$$.
I told them to get out of my unit, because they're basically lying to me, to my face. Now I am waiting for their invoice to arrive to see if it's even listed on there, I bet it was conveniently left out. I don't like plumbers coming over to my unit to begin with, and let alone plumbers who are shady and lie to their customers. Do not use this company!

I will definitely reach out to this company when I need a plumber again.
My HOA sent them out to fix my toilet (my home warranty doesn't cover the pipes in the internal walls) that was not flushing due to a clogged pipe that was also affecting my neighbors plumbing. They sent out Adam and man was he a pleasure to work with. He was very friendly, professional and cleaned up afterwards (I was shocked nobody ever does that) he definitely went above and beyond and was also polite and friendly to my neighbors. He did an excellent job.

The person I spoke with on the phone was also very polite and willing to help. If your looking for a company that seems to know what they are doing and from the looks of it treats their employees well, hire them.

Called Dependable on Monday Feb. 15th at 4:01 PM to do multiple, less-than-urgent jobs at our condo. There was no answer so I left a message. We didn't hear back the next day but wanted to wait a little longer since this is the company that does work for our HOA and is familiar with specifics of our complex. By the end of the week, we still hadn't gotten a return call, so Dependable lost that job and we called elsewhere. That plumber answered the phone, set an appointment, showed up on time, wore a mask to reduce COVID risk, did good work, and charged a reasonable rate. Dependable still hasn't returned my call from Feb. 15th. I'll give two stars since it's possible they do decent work once they retrieve their messages, but you can decide whether you'd call them if you had urgent work to complete.

(By the way, due to the HOA, I'm stuck working with this company on certain occasions. I've since asked why they never returned my call, and instead of apologizing and saying they'd do better, they questioned whether I had called the right number. My Google Voice log shows that I called 858-486-5111, which you will see is their main number. Good luck if you call it.)
