We have used Bob's Dependable Plumbing for years at home and office. Never a problem. Sometimes they can't come out immediately when called but they eventually get there and always do a great job. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a 6 year old home that had a tankless water heater After having problems with the heater I contacted the previous owners to find out who installed it because it was still under warranty They told me depending bob the plumber did-- I contacted him he was no help When I got someone else to check on the problem it had to be completely replaced because """"Bob"""" did not install it properly

Appointments are scheduled for a morning visit. Then they don't show up and don't call. When you call them to find out what happened, you get the usual """"our job ran over"""" or """"we're just so busy"""" type of answers. Then he will reschedule for another day and again, does not show up or does not call. This has happened to us several times now over a 4 week period. We have a simple job and can't seem to get it finished. So, again, yet another day, we are waiting for him to show up, was supposed to be here between 11-12:00 noon, and it's now 3:00 pm and nothing. If you can get someone else, I would highly recommend it. Personally, I didn't even want to rate him a 1 star.

We tried to set up an appointment with this company 2 times the first time we called they told us it would be Thursday to come , Thursday came they didn't show up, we returned a phone call to see why they said they were really busy they rescheduled it for the following Thursday . Never showed never called us to say why . Don't waste your time with these people dependable isn't the truth don't waste your time !

This company is a joke ! , called to set up appointment was told it would be later same afternoon or possibly next morning. Been 5 days I've called spoken to them multiple time only response I get is """"let me check our schedule and I'll get back with you"""" . I think I'll spend a little more $ going with a bigger company but I'm sure I'll at least be able to get someone physically out to my home to give me an estimate and it wouldn't take them a damn week either ! --- save yourself a headache if their work is anything like their customer service you're better off calling someone else to get it done right the first time !
