Mark is wonderful. He is on time, reasonably priced.. actually very fairly priced! and very qualified. The work was excellent and he went above and beyond to make sure our ""older"" house was in great shape. I would recommend without reservation and plan to use him for all of our work in the future. Great guy!!

Nice guys but too expensive. I just needed a ball valve replaced (could've done it myself for less than $100) I expected to spent around $200 to $300. Got the bill for over $500.

Swapped out dispose-all, and changed whole house water filter elements. Arrived on time, was very professional and workmanship was excellent. Response to first call was lightning fast. Wish all trades people where this good. Highly recommend to anyone.

Every time I work with these guys they are so responsive and professional. They show up on time and are nice. I asked them to wear a mask today and they were happy to do so, which I really appreciated.

It's weird how stressful having something broken can get, and they helped me out quickly. I feel so much better!

Great! They came, they fixed my frozen pipes in the crawl space under the stairs and didn't charge me a fortune. They're coming back tomorrow to take a look at my leaking toilet. Highly recommend!

The Depasquale team has been great! Many years ago as a new Dad I was home bathing my son, and the faucet broke in the tub and water was just running and running.... I called Depasquale from a friends recommendation and they were out within a few hours to assess the problem. They shut the water off in the wall so I could turn the whole house water back on. They didn't want us to not have water with a newborn! They are just that type of company. The team is honest, knowledgeable and always willing to help with whatever plumbing issue, large or small, you may have. We can't recommend them enough!!!!

I have never been disappointed with Mark Depasquale Plumbers, in fact I cannot imagine ever using someone else! My recent crisis was when I woke up to find my hot water heater had died. I called and left a message, Mark returned the call literally 3 minutes later, and was able to come right to my home to inspect it 5 minutes later! (I know the stars were aligned and that may not be typical, but it was amazing!) His son came, and it was burned out and needed replacing since it was 10 yrs old. They replaced it the next day. Great service, I will be calling back soon to replace my kitchen sink disposal.

I woke up at 7:00AM on a morning where we had 12+ inches of snow and it was still coming down heavy, to find my 1 year old daughter's bedroom cold. The heat stopped working over night. I called Depasquale's, and they had someone at the house by 9:00AM. This was a day when all schools and businesses were closed. The service guy was able to fix the broken part in the furnace in about 15 minutes. He had to trek back and forth from his van through my unshoveled walkway and driveway. He took his boots off every time he entered the house. I knew this would be a relatively cheap job at a time when people had burst pipes and he found a way to squeeze me in.

I love Mark Depasquale Plumbing. I have called on several occasions with issues I needed addressed quickly. They have always come on the same day or within 1 business day. This morning they were here in 1/2 hour of my call.

All of the people whom I dealt with were super friendly and went way above and beyond what they needed to do. One of the doors that closes off my furnace was off it's track and Mark didn't leave until he had fixed the door. Not exactly a plumbing issue, but he fixed it anyway.

I have also had drain clearing issues that needed a different company and Mark Depasquale plumbing places the call to the company for me and both times they were there same day.

The prices charged have always been very fair and in my mind, surprisingly low for a professional service call.

Nothing but excellent service, friendly people, a quality and timely job well done.

Steve the journeyman plumber that was sent was adequate. Unfortunately, the invoice reflected a rate of $110 per hour. Mr. DePasquale had quoted me a rate of $98 per hour.
When I spoke to Mr. DePasquale later in the day, he was unapologetic regarding the situation. He told me to never call them again.
I am unable to recommend this company based on the unpleasant tone of the conversation regarding the invoice.
