Incredible service that saved me thousands of dollars! After being told by a corporate company that my air conditioner was completely broken and needing to be replaced, Garrett came and took a look at it, did a minor repair and got my air conditioner running perfectly. I will eventually need to replace the unit, so when I do, I am going with Garrett to complete it. Because of his simple fix, and the lies the corporate company told me, I trust no one else to do the service for me. Thank you Garrett!

My daughter bought a condo recently. Her property inspector noted the lack of a seal on the toilet. Then when she moved in, she discovered that the dishwasher didn't work. We had Garrett come in to look at the dishwasher feed line and the toilet seal. He tested the feed line and found it good, and he said that the way the toilet had been mounted meant that it was better without the seal. I never got a bill, so I called him, and he said he doesn't charge for a call when he doesn't actually have anything to do. He spent the better part of an hour with us, so a standard service call charge would have been appropriate. Obviously his priority is customer service rather than maximum income. Of course we'll call him when we do have a more serious problem.

This review is based on my experience with this company for the last 3-4 years. I have used Denver General for many of my plumbing and HVAC repairs. From maintenance and filter change of my furnace, installing a thermostat, change of the kitchen faucet, sink and leaks repair, changing a leaking outdoor wall faucet to even replacing the water heater and following with some needed warranty repairs on it, and so MANY other jobs in my house and rental unit.
The reason I recommend this service it's simple: Quality. Garret is a dependable contractor with a great attitude. He will make sure the job it's perfectly done before anything else. He is a professional with reasonable prices and I appreciate that.

Garrett is absolutely the best! He did quick detective work to identify a tricky issue with my AC (a problem that another contractor was unable to solve). It was an emergency situation and Garrett was kind enough to come take a look even though I called him at almost 5pm. He fixed the issue, and then made a follow up visit the next morning when another problem developed.

He was also very fair on price.

I don't leave many reviews, but Garrett deserves one. I'm so happy to have found an experienced and conscientious HVAC contractor.

Bad service!! Contacted last Tuesday to install wAter heater that is already paid for and they will not return calls to set up a time to come!! We have been without water for a week!
