What the heck ?? Called dents for plumbing issue and they said they would not be able to come until a week later . We said fine but on the day of - no call no show. After we called at end of day they said theyd be there tomorrow morning . Tomorrow morning came and went . called in afternoon, the lady checked with them then said they wouldn't make it fir 2-3 weeks!!! Well then they should not have scheduled us at all . Very frustrating And unprofessional.

I called dents a little over 2 years ago to service my central air unit. At that time I was told my unit needed to be replaced. I made an appointment with the hvac quote specialist. I had reschedule this appointment. Since then I have called to reschedule 5 times and still have never been called back. Avoid these guys at all cost they are very unprofessional.
