I'll start by saying excellent, professional service technician.
However, beware of price. Denomme charges $99.00 to visit house then you are charged for time, labor, parts. I paid $407.00 to have a toilet fill valve and canister seal gasket repaired. The invoice does not separate pricing so I don't know how much the parts vs. labor cost. The service technician was in my house for no more than 16 or 18 minutes including the time it took to enter my charge card. I think the cost was exorbitant.
Unless you are independently wealthy or enjoy spending frivolously, I'd search other plumbing establishments.

Tyler arrived promptly and carefully assessed the cause of our problem: no heat at 6:00AM on a Sunday morning. It was rather simple, we had simply bumped the furnace's on-off switch to ""off"". He ran a system check and advised us that the filter was urgently needing replacement, and we have enjoyed a comfortable home since then.

They were coming very quickly and figured out the issue quickly after recieving my phone call in the afternoon on Friday. But because it was little bit complex, I was told to wait till Monday for fixing the issue.

Saw your commercial on TV and decided to read your explanation about your pricing.
All due respect so your feelings won't be hurt, this is my opinion and update. No offense.

Everything you suggest that would be sacrificed at a more reasonable rate is all part of being in a professional business and goes without saying. You are responsible to provide those sacrificed services and credentials by default because you are the business. Anything less of a commitment by you would be incompetent. I am not willing to pay a huge extra amount of money for service and to also cover your required business expenses. That burden is on you not me. Interesting the date of service would have been done while it was bitterly cold outside that week and the estimate was conveniently bloated out of proportion. Your pricing of $2200 dollars was about the same labor rate for a new furnace installation not a repair. Sounds like you were just trying to take advantage because we were cold and desperate to get it fixed. Spare me the rationalization. BTW, I got my furnace fixed for $800 dollars not $2200 like your estimate. The job was done perfect by a trained professional and the furnace works perfectly without the ridiculous price tag. If I were you I would re-evaluate my pricing policy.

I was charged $369 for fifteen minutes of labor and one small valve.

When I was first contacted they stated that they charge a $99 dispatch fee and charge by the job and not by the hour.

When I received my invoice there is an hourly charge at $230.

I had a hard time finding an electrician to complete a small job in my office - until I found Denommee! They were able to send someone out within one business day! Steve was prompt (early!), efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend Denommee and will use them again if the need arises.

Denommee Gerrard the first person to respond to me after a brief chat I said I can work with them. I am up early so I called the office got an appointment the next day. The service tech was great he kno his stuff. I was up and running in now time . I had called seven other companies they beat them by a mile. if the rest of thier service crew is like Jio they are golden call them they are the real thing.
