This company installed a water heater for us 2.6 years ago. I had told them the water heater didn't have great reviews but they insisted it was a good appliance. Fast forward, water heater broke and had to be replaced. My husband was told it would take approximately 2 hours at a rate of $ 150.00 for the first hour and 50.00 for each additional half hour ! They send one guy out and it takes him 3 hours. Total bill 387.00 with 37.00 for parts. The guy was SLOW and I guess that is how they make their money. Drag it out. I have had water heaters replaced before ( with recirculating pumps) like we have and it has never taken 3 hours. Shop around and keep an eye when service people are """" working """". A lot of wasted time and on your dime. I was also told that they would see if the manufacturer would absorb some of the repair cost..it appears they forgot having that conversation with us. There are other companies that can do a good job for less money and next time when a warranty product breaks I will shop around and certainly not use this company. Got the invoice via email that we paid in full and it still showed a balance due of $ 13.75.. need I say more.... Pete from Denny called and agree to send me $ 50.00 back which we felt was fair.

If I could give 0 stars I would...$300.00 to cap off water service to a laundry room, one PVC cap. I was expecting about $125 - $150, I know there is overhead to running a business but come on. For a point of reference Gill charged me $250.00 to replace an entire toilet. My mistake stick to companies who are fair to their customers.

Had a back up in the shower and toilet. They were professional and got the job done quickly. I felt the bill was fair for what they did.

I was selling my house recently and had a problem with the washing machine valve not shutting off. They kept in touch with appointment time and called just before arriving. They did the necessary repair and called me when finished. They charged a fair price I would definitely recommend them and I will use them in the future.
