The rudest person I've ever had talk to me as a customer. Older gentlemen...no 'gentlemen' !!! Not sure if it's father or son. Quite a weird conversation. My husband set up a time for him to come by and said I'd be home after picking up child from school...3:15 at latest. I was home by 3:07. At 4:24 I called him just to check (my husband who was at work in a meeting texted me the number). He answered a very irritated """"hello""""! I asked, """"Is this Dennis""""? He said, angrily again...'who's this'?. I gave him my name and explained my husband had called to set up a time to come repair our toilet today and I was home....He started (still with an angry voice) """" I was there. No one was home."""" I apologized and asked what time...and that I was here by 3:07, etc. He became even more angry. He just repeated again the same thing...still very annoyed and said """"well, maybe tomorrow...if I get to you, I get to you."""" I finally asked if he talked to all customers this way, etc. I'm sorry if you've had a bad day...I'm a business owner too and deal with customers, etc. etc. trying to lighten him and the conversation up....and he continued with the weirdest, angriest tone I've ever experienced from a person I was trying to hire to do business with, lol. I'm still shaking my head. I'm floored really. And He hung up on me. I actually called him back and it was more of the same...and worse...telling me he was trying to end his day at 3:00...he had grandkids to pick up too...repeated again that he came by and I wasn't home but 'everything is my fault, huh?"""" That's when I really started shaking my head at this rude old guy. Guess he really needed to dump on someone and I was it for costing him 5 minutes. I again tried to ask him why he was so angry and rude to me...nicely and kind of laughing and in a pleasant tone, still thinking he would lighten up and see his ridiculousness! and his comments got even stranger....I'm still shaking my head. My mother, aunt and child were all in the room and heard the phone calls. We're all still shaking our head! Obviously I won't be calling this person/company back.

The son and father team were OUTSTANDING!!!! They came in and replaced our gas water heater and I cannot be happier with the service. I would recommend them to anyone who needs the job done right and at a great price.

This father-son plumbing team was hired by our contractor to install new bathroom fixtures in a remodel of our home. So far, they've worked in our home two times. We found them to be efficient and skilled and their work generally met our expectations. We experienced the father as off-putting but that didn't effect his work. However during each visit, they took it upon themselves to empty their truck of the used toilets and sinks from other jobs into our on-premise rented dumpster. Without asking! Our contractor says he's previously asked them to stop this practice without success. While it won't cost us extra to have their trash hauled away in the dumpster when the remodel ends, we nevertheless found it presumptive and rude. We will ask our contractor to not send this team to our job again.

This is a father and son team. Dennis Jr. installed a 50 gallon electric hot water heater in my Garage. on Tuesday morning. What a pleasure to hire and deal with Dennis Jr. He did the job with Expertise . WE are very pleased and so glad we called him. I contacted Dennis and told him my problem. He said he would visit my house and see me. He never showed up.
