The best of the best!!! Cannot recommend Pratt enough!! He came to save the day not once but TWICE for heating & plumbing issues during the week of Christmas. Many others would've probably responded the following week but he immediately came and made sure we had heat and hot water at a very reasonable rate. We will never use another!! Thank you!!

Our new electric water heater caught on fire and needed to replace it asap. Tyler and another gentleman came out first thing in the morning on time and then returned quickly to finish the installation. We have been dealing with multiple plumbers for months and Tyler is the most professional one that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I highly recommend Pratt and Sons.

Terrible work, terrible correspondence, terrible service. I had an issue with the fresh air inlet and curb trap outside my house sometime during February, and the entire time they came to work on it they kept insisting on getting paid BEFORE the work was even finished. Once done, their work didn't even last a year before we got another notice of defect from the city in July, for the exact same issue again. They insist they have a 1-year guarantee, so we tried to contact them again before the city shuts off our water, but all they did was cement over the hole without taking a look at or fixing the pipes. Unsurprisingly, we kept getting threatened by the city to have our water shut off after the second time they worked on it (because the pipe problem was never fixed the second time!!) so I ended up contacting a much more competent plumber to resolve the issue. They haven't returned a phone call since.

I used Dennis Pratt Plumbing to help lower my yard drain when I was getting a new pad poured. Rather then letting me know in order to lower the drain they would essentially need to cut into the side of my house to make it fit, or move the drain which would be the right way to do it, but just more expensive they decided to just cut into the side of my house. I wasn't here when that happened and the concret pad was poured. Now I have a river flowing through my side wall into my basement right where the yard drain is. The father Dennis Sr. Is really kind, but his son Dennis Jr, called me a liar when I have photo evidence of what it looked like before and what it looks like now/the issues I'm having. He took a ""not my problem, I did what you asked"" stance and hasn't returned a phone call since.

I guess they did a fine job since they did what I asked. But paying over $400 for less than 2 hours of work with about $40 worth of parts seems a bit steep to me. And if they do invasive work they don't patch things back up. I will be looking elsewhere next time.

Made an appointment three days in advance for an estimate. Was supposed to receive a phone call at 8:30am when they were on their way. 9:15am I made the first of several calls. Left a message, no reply. Total NO SHOW & never had the decency to return the call. Unprofessional is an understatement.

Excellent service. They came when promised. I had a city violation and they corrected the violation to city's standard. They were very professional and cleaned up entirely when they were finished. I would highly recommend this company.
