Went to my 2nd walk through and found plumbing issues created by the seller..(purchasing my 1st home).. My realtor contacted his realtor and she contacted her client.. They knew we would need a plumber to fix what the seller had done.. His agent agreed she would pay to have the plumbing fixed.. My agent contacted 6 plumbers and Dennis plumbing said he would be over ASAP. Just after the closing and returning to the house, there he was.. he fixed everything so I would not have to stay in a hotel.. and would have running water.. I believe it was the owner who serviced me but I have no doubts if he hired someone, he would make sure they too, would be held to his high standards.. I plan to install a water softener and a reverse osmosis system and will trust only him or his team to do the job.. Just need to save to pay for them and the installation.. GREAT TEAM!!!
