called about a problem, customer service was great, explained my problem, sent a guy within an hour, he was so cool, explained what he wanted to do to help me, and what else I needed to do. his name is kyle and he will back again to take care of other things I need done. WOW! a plumber I can count on and trust. way to go KYLE.

Better late than never!!

Palmer Plumbing was recommended to us in May,2012 to solve a leak problem in the 50' of kitchen drain which was beginning to cause irreparable damage to our basement. The damaged pipe was in, what I thought, was an inaccessible area but Dennis and Co. found it and replaced the pipe section (a vertical segment- behind and under the stove) - a great solution and positive result.

They have been back for other services e.g. faucet replacements, and have always provided a professional, affordable approach to their work. I recommend them highly.

I asked Dennis for a quote on installing a bathroom in my basement.....he came took measurements but never got back to me with an estimate. I called a second time and left a message with his wife, still no return call. If he didn't want to do the job he could call and tell me that...don't you think?

Their plumber Mike has come to our house on several occasions to replace toilets. He is always friendly, knowledgeable and works takes the time to listen to our concerns.w Their prices are competitive, and the girl who answers the phone is always very customer oriented . We use them every time.
