He's done everything from install electrical, plumbing and havoc in a new home, to installing a washer dryer, servicing my heat pump and something as simple as fixing a leak. He is professional, kind, honest and responsive in any situation. His knowledge of the business is evident in the work he does. His kind nature and positive attitude make him a pleasure to work with!

Dennis is very good at what he does. I had some plumbing issues and I wanted Dennis to check them out. I called him three times over 9 days. The 1st call he said it would be a few days and he would call me. Never heard back. I called him again, 8 days later and left a message. He did not call back. Called the next day, my 3rd call and he said he couldn't help me because he was too busy. I wonder if he tells the next person that calls him or those in the next several days that he is too busy too! Should have told me the 1st time he could not do it.

We called Dennis because our unit quit. He installed it not long ago. A service person came put a fuse in and left. $165 The unit quit that night again. Tried calling sevetal times was finally answeted with """" I am out of town"""" nothing else. I had to call someone else after a week . The unit had two electrical issues, needed fton and the starter switch was replaced. When I called Mr. Holland to tell him about this his response was to call and hang up on me. Then text """"Go to hell"""" on my text complaint. Is that professional? Said he would tear up our check. Guess we will see. Will never recommend him again.
