I am impressed with the level of customer service and the outstanding professionalism this company displays.
I called to make an appointment for a problem we were having with water backing up in the laundry room, to my surprise they offered an appointment that afternoon at no extra charge.
The technician came out and was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He found the issue within 10 minutes the problem was resolved within an hour.
I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for honesty, professionalism and integrity.

Never use this company!! They never fixed the problem, refused to get our sump pump working which they caused to stop working. They would not try to get the pump started which shut down because they jetted the lines wo taking the pumps out. All the debris from jetting the lines blocked and plugged the pump! They left a mess of water all over the floors. I called the office after they left. They never called back! We had to get an energy service the service the pump! They are horrible!

One of the company's I ever called.they couldnot fix water coming in house through walls.came to house four different times to try and fix left mess all the owner said is she has internal problems.never showed up when they said they would.finally they quit and on way to court .They will sweet talk you and take your money becarful. Don't hire this company to do anything with water not even a hole in your garden hose. Hired them in may 2018 writing this in July 2018 job never finished made mess .Cement all over walkway and glass sliding door track.took money never came back to finish job. Filed complaint small claim court

My kitchen sink wasn't draining, my plumber said the issue was in the main pipe going out to the line and I should call Diffley, they came same day and resolved the issue, I couldn't have been any happier. Great Service and Professionalism.

I get very bad experience with Dennis Diffley, I have requested to call to inform me, no call, no show. The next day, They give 10 min prior notice, I was not able to see did they do the job, their back office support was so bad, and they just don't care. Very very bad customer services. I don't know how a business with such service can still be in business.

I CANNOT say enough great things about these guys! I was pregnant and needed to relocate 2 kids into new rooms, but our basement would NOT stop flooding. they came in highly recommend so of course I expected the price to be insane. Not only were their ideas different form the 3 other quotes, (which after reviewing made way more sense) but they were not the most expensive at all. I am very happy with their work. they made a stressful situation a much calmer one. You don't want a crazy pregnant lady coming at cha! The guys were very nice, and respectful to my house. I would recommend them and also call them again, hopefully I wont have to though :)

Recently purchased house and our basement was getting wet -- but we have a French drain and two sump pumps. Should not be happening. The company we've used in the past at our old house is out of business. First, I called on a weekend. The on call person called me back in less than 30 min and did some trouble shooting over the phone. He helped me decide that it was not an emergency so we did not need to incur the $100 fee to have him come over. We could wait until Monday and get a free estimate on how to fix the problem (which we thought was two dead sump pumps). Called Monday and got an appointment for Tuesday. Technician came out (a bit a late, but that was quickly forgiven). He took the time to explain the systems in the basement -- why they were done like they were, how they could be better and why they didn't need to be changed because they work fine. He also solved the problem of the pumps...one was a power issue (battery back up was hooked to power, but pump wasn't) and one was a float issue. Since it wasn't really any work done, no charge. I can tell you I will call Diffley to make any improvements in the system should we need them or for any other services they perform that we may need. Great service.

Good experience! They were: flexible about appt. times, prompt, friendly, unclogged my drain quickly and efficiently and, with a coupon from Angie's List, charged me a competitive rate. He also suggested a product for ongoing drain maintenance. I would definitely recommend this company to unclog your drain.

Prices seemed a bit high for the quality delivered. Response was good however they were not here long for the money that was spent.
