This company is unprofessional and unreliable. They made me wait four days before coming to evaluate my water heater. Never answered my texts. They got the date of my original contact wrong. I would NEVER recommend this company.

Today waiting for my appointment time 9-11.im calling to make sure it will come within the time frame he won't answer the phone # register on the appointment but he will answer my husband phone right aways after I call 4 time in a row. Unprofessional

Can I give zero stars? This company was referred to me via Sears Home Warranty. The guy was a no-show! My boyfriend left work three hours early to accommodate the timeframe he provided us and even confirmed it with him. When he didn't show and after complaining to Sears, I called him multiple times and he would ignore my calls. I called from my office and sure enough, he answered immediately. I asked to speak with Dennis, and the guy said his name was Johnny although sounding eerily similar to Dennis, the man I've been in contact with the entire time. The company is unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. I suggest you seek plumbing services elsewhere!

I wouldn't worry to much about the negative comments, sounds like a scheduling thing with a crappy home warranty company. Dennis is a good guy and very knowledgeable, came out to look at a plumbing issue I had and immediately told me it was a foundation problem and referred a specific company that deals with that, could have tried to make unnecessary repairs and take advantage but didn't will def use again in the future

If I could give them a zero I would! We were connected with Denizas plumbing from our home warranty company to fix a leaking pipe. It has been three weeks and our problem has still not been fixed. Multiple no-shows and bad communication has left us frustrated and down $60 and 3 vacation days!!!! This company is dishonest, unprofessional and the worst communicators ever. If your home warranty group sends you an order with this guy- do yourself a favor and request someone else immediately!!!! If you do not you risk weeks of headaches and terrible service.

Dennis was referred to me via my home warranty service. He was supposed to be be here last Thursday before the Memorial Day weekend. He was a no-show. I called him to see what happened, he said he would be here today, Tuesday, and he was No Show again. Suffice it to say, I've requested a new plumber to come out to review my Water Heater issue. Based on previous reviews and since I too had similar no show issues, I suggest you find an alternative instead of using this guy/company.

A nice guy and charged a fair price. Our pipes from the kitchen were clogged with a huge clog of hair from the previous owner. He came out the same day we called him and showed up on time and got everything fixed and back together really fast. I'm impressed.

If I could give negative stars I would, I had hoped the review below (where he didn't show) was a fluke but nope he did it to me and I gave him THREE chances.

I told him please please as one human to another just tell me if you won't be here so I can find someone else. He said sweetie I promise I will be there (insert time here), guess what? NO show again.

Seriously guys, do not ever work with this man.

An absolute horrible experience. My home warranty recommended this company for service to my water heater. My home warranty service initially stated a representative from the company would call me in 20 minutes; no one ever call. When I called an hour later, I was connected to a cell phone which played unprofessional music as I waited to be connected. When I finally spoke to someone at 773-891-6322, the representative was rude and unprofessional, rushed me off the phone, did not ask the make/model of water heater, and interrupted me mid-sentence to say he had the part for my water heater. He said he would come by at 5pm. After rearranging my schedule, no call no show. Highly disappointed that business is conducted in this unprofessional manner and he has NO disregard for customers. As a result of his unprofessionalism, I have been without hot water for 2 days!
