Lied to our home warranty company about a work order we cancelled. This company has not once stepped foot in our home but somehow managed to bill $105 for work never performed. Very difficult to find any information about this company online such as owner and license numbers.

This is the worst agency ever. I called In a claim through Choice Home Warranty who might I add is horrible as well on 10/16/21. I received my confirmation email for this agency to come out on the 19th...no show. I was then rescheduled for the 22nd only to receive a third email rescheduling me for the 28th. Now I have to hope and pray I can get a plumber out to my home this weekend and pay them to fix a problem that should have been covered under my home warranty.
when I contacted this agency on Tuesday no one seem to remember my claim although I spoke with the plumber that morning. Then this horrible plumber was dishonest and noted he had only received my claim 10 minutes prior to our 4th conversation that day in which we started talking about my case at 9 am and the last call was close to 4 pm.
This company is horrible as they do not follow their own schedule nor do they honor you time and schedule although you have adjusted your time to be in the home while they are present

If this company stays in business it's because the world has gone to pot. Yes he is with a home warranty company but he signed up to work for them. Dennis has rescheduled our appointment 5 different times. I don't care how good he may be, I'll never know because his customer service sucks. If he doesn't show up how is he suppose to fix a problem. We finally gave up and requested another company. Home warranty's are the way to go just as any insurance you get. But you also need to get serviced before the next year comes around. Never again. We have requested that this business is never assigned to our account for anything.

This is the worst company to call for plumbing.

After cancelling one appointment and coming late to the next he did absolutely nothing for $65 service fee through my home warranty.

Not to mention he came to my house in a dress and 4"" heels!

By itself, there's nothing wrong with that, but that's not how you come to a job site where you're expected to do work!

Horrible horrible horrible. Didn't answer my calls and called me back saying he was going to come a few days later. It has been 5 days since he was supposed to come and nothing. I called today and nothing. I called another number he called from and he text me ""Can't talk now, what's up?"" I would not recommend this company if it was free. I wonder how he is still in business

You are better not hiring this guy that would waste your time. He didn't show up any of three appointments that setup. He said he called and texted but my tenant and I didn't get any (because I was waiting, so I would pick up). He probably lied about it.

This person (Dennis) never show up for the appointment!!! When he show two days later I asked him why he didn't show up and he became defensive about been in business for 30 something years and he knows what he is doing. So I ask him why you can do something basic like being courteous and call back the customer and explain that you can make it that day and they need to reschedule? Idiot, he just started making excuses about being working all day with a gas line and he wasn't able to do it! I told to the ""experienced"" plumber to have some one else to call the customers and tell them about the situation so they need to reschedule! Why the stupid insurance companies don't screen this people before to send them to our house??? Why they don't have zero stars he doesn't deserve even one!!!!

This company is unprofessional and unreliable. They made me wait four days before coming to evaluate my water heater. Never answered my texts. They got the date of my original contact wrong. I would NEVER recommend this company.

Today waiting for my appointment time 9-11.im calling to make sure it will come within the time frame he won't answer the phone # register on the appointment but he will answer my husband phone right aways after I call 4 time in a row. Unprofessional
