Made appointment with Dempster Plumbing for repipe estimate. The guy said he will be at our house between 3pm and 4pm today. My husband made arrangement at his work so he can be home early. No one showed up. What a waste of our valuable time. Will be going with different company. Glad that this happened now instead of later, when we are in the middle of the repiping with this company

Dempster re-piped our entire house and did a marvelous job! Bill is very knowledgable in the field and we are very happy with the results. They were on time and did the job very quickly. We now have cleaner, faster flowing water to bathe our kids in. Yay! Thanks guys:)

I've used these folks twice and both times they did a great job. The hard part is arranging the work. They don't respond to voicemail and they don't return calls on your questions after you finally do contact someone. If they could fix this, they would get 5 starts from me. They didn't get my third job because I didn't want to chase them...

The work and scheduling was on time and done correctly. I had a small issue with how I was charged and the owner contacted me immediately and corrected the issue. Definitely would use them again without question.

We had a clogged toilet and low water pressure in our kitchen sink faucet. I called many plumbers and they were charging between $60-80 just to come to our house. Demster only charged $49 and was the only company that would apply this charge to any repair we had done (instead of in addition to the repair cost). I spoke to Rachael and she was very helpful. Then Corey (plumber) came about 30 min later. He talked us through the kitchen sick issue (rust from old piping) and opened the nozzle and removed the rust to return the strong water pressure (for free). He explained to us the rust would keep coming back unless the pipes causing these deposits were replaced but didn't try to pressure sell anything to us. The toilet problem was a flushed toilet paper roll holder and he explained there were 2 options: either he may be able to auger it out or if it couldn't be broken up so it could pass through, we would need a new toilet! Luckily he was able to get it out. So $80, 2 problems fixed, and good information about our house. I am relieved to have found a plumber that I would gladly go back to (I have yet to find a handyman or yard guy I can say that about).

I called this company because I was having an issue with a toilet. The service was prompt and very good, but there was miscommunication about the pricing structure and I got very upset. To the receptionist's credit, she did call the owner right away and he called me back right away. I think we resolved the issue. So, all in all, this will probably turn out to be a good experience and the owner should be commended for dealing with an issue right away.

We recently had over 100ft of new 1 1/4"" gas line installed for a BBQ and fire pit addition by Dempster Plumbing. The job included outside digging and a underground run as well as in the crawl space under the house. Dempster did a great job for us - they were very quick and efficient, and the guys on the job were very conscientious and pleasant. Dempster was competitive on price, and they seemed quite competent and friendly, so we went with them and I'm glad we did.

Dempster Plumbing does great work and they are fast! I'm in the middle of having them remodel my master bathroom and I'm already so impressed. They show up on time or early every day, they pass inspections with flying colors, they communicate with me daily on any issues that may arise, they have been up front about the cost, and they are very nice about my dumb questions. Their quote was about the same as the other two contractors I checked with but the difference was that Dempster Plumbing had a quicker start date and faster completion goal time. Vallen and Brian are such fun to be around that I actually enjoy having them in my house everyday. I have already recommended Dempster Plumbing to two family members - they are awesome!

Hired Bill for a whole house copper repipe. He showed up on the first morning of the 2-3 day job. There were other contractors on site, but not in the way of the plumbing. Bill refused to get out of his van and left the job site due to other contractors being on site, leaving me high and dry.

Outstanding experience with Dempster Plumbing. We had a copper repipe done along with installing a new water heater and a couple of faucets. The work went very smoothly. All the people on the job were prompt, polite, and professional. Work was completed on schedule and was done exceptionally well.
