Shout out to Darrell and Willie! I had been without water for three weeks. One plumbing company told me I had a leak in the slab, it would cost thousands of dollars, and I should contact my insurance company. I did but was never able to get a written quote from them (required by insurance), only a verbal quote. I got Demoss, leak was not in the slab and Darrell and Willie were able to fix in just a couple of hours. Very professional and walked me through process. I highly recommend these guys.

Do not use DeMoss for extensive tunneling and plumbing needs. Much like the other negative reviews, I have been waiting on them to start the job for almost 5 months. They claim to not have a tunneling company to use even though this is the majority of their business. Their customer service is terrible and they do not keep the customer updated on the delays. This was not an inexpensive job, over $20k. It would seem that a job of that size would motivate them to do the work, but that is just not the case. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

DeMoss Plumbing; Can't praise this company enough! Excellent work, excellent workers, excellent price, job (replacement of sewer line from house to street) done within the time frame (giving them a break on waiting on the city for permitting and for the arborist to give ok to finish...what else is new), and they cleaned up everything after working on the job every day. They would even replant plants they had to remove but that's something I wanted to do. If you need any plumbing done, give them a try.

Shady company. I paid Demoss to check that a dishwasher was installed correctly. Common sense means that you actually turn the dishwasher on to make sure that it was installed correctly. How else would you make sure it actually works and that there were no leaks??

Nope! James told me that turning the dishwasher on to make sure it drains properly isn't part of the deal. He said I should have told him that they needed to turn it on to check it. Sorry, I thought common sense would imply that.

Why did I have to call them back? The dishwasher worked before they went out there and now it does not. Now they're washing their hands from it.

I have used Demoss Plumbing several times through the years for leaking faucets, water heater replacements and toilet repairs. They are always reasonably priced, on-time and do excellent work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Like another reviewer, I would give no stars if I could.

This tunneling job should have taken between 2 weeks to one month; almost every one of my neighbors had the same job done in as much time. It took DeMoss more than 6 months, and every single part about dealing with DeMoss was rife with difficulty. They were terribly rude, hard to get ahold of, and one of my bathrooms was patched inexplicably with black plastic wrap and duct tape instead of restoring the sheetrock. The backfill for the tunnels destroyed my front and back yards.

I was treated so poorly by not only the crew, but also the management. I would never recommend DeMoss for any plumbing work.

I would give no stars if I could. The guys that came and worked did what they were suppose to, it was just getting them here. This tunneling and re-piping took almost 2 years. We also think they were screwing us around on what we actually owed them. I will NEVER use Demoss again or refer them to anyone.

Just had Demoss Plumbing in my home to replace 4 water cut off valves in my bathrooms that were over 20 years old and would not budge no matter what I tried. A local plumbing supply house recommended them to me and I am so glad I took their advice and placed the call. I could not be more pleased. The plumber came 5 minutes early and quickly got to work. He was done in about an hour and charged less than $175. Responsive, prompt, and competent. I will definitely call them the next time I have a plumbing problem.
