I would give zero stars if I had the chance. These are the the most unprofessional plumbing out fit in the bay area. I had work done after a leak in my condo. I was overcharged for the leak remediation. I was charged for equipment that was not used on the redemedation. I was not asked weather I wanted my rug cleaned. On top of that I was charged for a call where the plumber was 3 hours late and it cost me 375 dollars for 15 minutes worth of work. This owner is only a float because of SLPM property management in San leandro he is there preferred plumber other wise he would be out of business for shady business practices

Had them repair a broken gate valve by swapping it for a ball valve. In the process they damaged the siding on the house and left the poorly repaired new valve leaking as well as the adjacent pressure reducing valve leaking. The bill was $215 for less than an hour of work. When I called Frank to ask what the hourly rate was he couldn't tell me and never followed up with an answer. Being that the ball valve and copper tubing would be less than $35 for the job, I guess their hourly is $180. Since the work was very poor quality I'm surprised they bill so high. We've since had 2 other plumbers working on another job, and both have commented about how over 'sweated' that joint was.
Very disappointed and I'll not be using them again, but as least our water was back on.

We were referred to this company by our neighbor who uses them for his business. First time was when our water heater broke. They came out rather quickly and gave a competitive price and the process went smoothly. The second time was when I accidentally broke a main water pipe taking out the garbage at night. We contacted Frank himself at night around 9-10pm and with a bit of information, he was able to get someone out the next day to take care of the issue (as we were without water for a day which is not easy with small kids). When I tried to call the phone #, the ""dispatcher"" seemed pretty franctic and busy at the time, however they were able to provide information on the status of the repair eventually and Frank himself notified me of what to do to test the water pressure. I have no other experiences thus far with them, but I am happy with their responsiveness thus far.

Please do not use this company. My condo property manager used them to do a service at my condo in Hayward and I do not why they used such an unprofessional company. They were extremely rude in the phone when they contacted me and my tenant. Then they waited until 5:01 pm and since my tenant was not physically there, they left and still charged for the service. Poor customer service! Will never do business with this company. Do not recommend this company to anyone.
