I called Demco and asked about having them install some fixtures for me. I was quoted $100/hour for the work.
Danen arrived at my home at 11.15 AM and was done with the job at 1.28 PM. For the labor portion of the job I was charged a full 3 hours - $300.00.
My time telling skills say this should be only 2 and a quarter hours for which I should have only paid $225.00 for Labor. I questioned Danen about the time and he just said it was 3 hours.
I won't call Demco again, nor recommend them for any plumbing needs as they are over charging seniors on fixed incomes and are in my opinion dishonest for doing so.
Also, after he left, I turned on my shower but then was unable to turn it off. The knob just kept turning. I called him and I do want to say, he came right back and fixed whatever the issue was. He had only been gone less than 5 minutes when I called, so a compliment for coming right back.

Put in water heater. Didn't properly flush the system. Caused kitchen faucet to jamb with debris. Then he said the faucet was fine it was just the pipes. Hello? Last I checked pipes are plumbing. if you put in a new light fixture but the switch doesn't turn it on, you don't say ""well, the light is fine it's the wires."" If there's something wrong with the pipes--fix it--you're a plumber! You don't leave when it's still broken--and charge as it it were fixed! If there were a way to have zero stars that's what you would get! One star is too many for you!

Awesome customer service. I called around noon on a Monday, and a plumber was at my door by 3. Real friendly, personable guy and was compliant with current COVID protocol. Will definitely use again!

I almost turned this into a DIY YouTube affair but I'm glad I called DEMCO. they dispatched someone to my home quickly and my technician was quick and knowledgeable. he even showed me how to do it so I'll be adding ""plumber"" to my resume lol. if I ever need anything done I'll be sure to call them before referring to YouTube or another company here in Yuma.

We had electrical issues in the laundry room and kitchen areas. David and his team immediately came out and resolved them. They were thorough and explained what the causes were and how to remedy them. We had issues with the water pressure in kitchen, they came out, found the cause and fix it. The customer service is great and the staff has been very friendly. Highly recommend for plumbing and electric work.
