Andy did a phenomenal job getting our leaking sink faucet repaired! He got us a warranty replacement by the manufacturer, drove out to get it himself (last one in the state BTW), and repaired it all in the same day. Thank you!

DEMA changed a water heater for us recently. It was great service for a great price, I would recommend them. Plumbers they sent were on time , courteous, and did a great job.

Had a malfunctioning tank-less water heater. Called DEMA Plumbing to come take a look. Had dumb and dumber show up and scratch their heads. They called the manufacturer which lead them know where and decided to leave and get back to me. They called the next day and said they think they need to replace a certain part. I questioned whether it was a shot in the dark or not and was reassured that they were confident this would cure the problem. They came and installed the part when I wasn't home.

When I came home to check the water heater, the same problem persisted. I had just moved into this house and by now had internet connected. I did 5 minutes worth of research on the model of my heater and discovered why it wasn't working. The tank-less water heater I was using was a smaller unit and when more than 5.3 GPM was demanded from it, it shuts down and has to reboot before producing hot water again. There was never anything wrong with the unit itself, just me demanding too much hot water at once.

When I received my 300 dollar bill from DEMA, I called and explained the circumstances. I understand I owe them something for coming out and trying but in reality they spent multiple hours installing a part i never needed and fixed absolutely nothing. They wasted 300 dollars of my money and multiple days and still could not figure out what I did in 5 minutes on google. They told me to go pound sand and pay the bill. Which I did but I genuinely hope I can help other not fall victim to the dumb and dumber trap.
