I've used this outfit in the past, their cost is lower than most others. However, when you don't get your calls returned, and the job doesn't get done, there is no benefit to low cost. I stopped using them. I pay more now, however, I actually get call backs and the job is going to be completed.

BEWARE!!!! This guy is either a con-artist or extremely flakey, unresponsive, and unprofessional! A fellow neighbor rallied a bunch of us for a group deal... and multiple families have had the same disappointing experience! The city had no record of our transaction/clearance... and I have called Carl over 5 times and have not received any response back. When I tried today, his mailbox was full! My check was cashed and I still have no idea if my backflow got checked or not... and now may have to pay to get this done again! So frustrated! DO NOT USE CARL OR HIS COMPANY!!!!

I am so happy to have selected Delta Valve and Backflow Services for my backflow prevention assembly testing. My company needed to have its annual testing done as mandated by San Dieguito Water District and I had no idea who to call.

When I called the company they were very courteous and the estimate given was extremely reasonable.

Carl Jobbins, the owner, came out personally the next day and took care of the testing very quickly. He was very nice and trustworthy. When you don't know anything about the work being done it is very easy for someone to take advantage. This definitely wasn't the case. Carl did the testing and submitted the paperwork to the water district and there was nothing else for me to do.

I would definitely recommend Carl Jobbins and Delta Valve and Backflow Services.

Best prices on backflow certifications in the county, bar none! I decided to do myself and my neighbors a favor by calling all around and comparing prices on our annual backflow certs, as we had been using the same company since the homes were built a few years back. I got a vibe from the plumbing company that we had been using that they were kind of taking us for granted. And no one had audited their prices relative to the competition since that first year. After making tons of calls, I found Carl at Delta Valve and Backflow. They work out of North County but were more than happy to head down to downtown San Diego at our convenience. They were courteous and prompt, highly professional, and eager to earn our business! Everyone was very, very happy about the new price that I had arranged, less than 50% of what we paid the other people! Additionally, I received quotes from Carl on some other properties and had him take care of the work at my rentals as well. All of the work that was performed was of the highest quality, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Carl and his company! These are definitely the people to call when you need the job done right at a fair price!
