I had a scheduled 2 hour appointment window from Delta Plumbing. I received NO courtesy phone call saying they were running behind or were going to be late and as a matter of fact I never received a phone call from the assigned technician at all. I had to call Delta Plumbing myself after my 2 hour appointment window had past to find out what was going on. I ended up canceling my appointment after the whole debacle after waiting an additional 2 hours and continuosly reaching out to Delta Plumbing.

Jerry at Delta Plumbing saved us thousands of dollars. After receiving quotes to repair sewage line from 3 other companies - I called Delta. They came out promptly and advised me to call the county and get it flushed out. The county came right out and flushed out the line. Jerry advised me that they could come back and put the camera in the lines to see what was going on. The lines that the other companies were going to replace for $13,000 were fine! He gave an estimate to replace the one section of old cast iron pipes in the 50 year old house, but it was not an emergency. Jerry is fantastic - he spent lots of time on the phone and in person explaining to me what was going on. They are the ONLY plumbers I will call back. Highly recommended.

i called delta plumbing to find out how much they charge to pump a septic tank and change the filter. i was told by jacob, who i think is the owners son, that they were running a special for $188 with a $35 enviromental fee. i explained that the filter that i had had probably fallen apart and that was the reason for the filter change. he told me that the filter was $125. i knew that a filter was only about $30 so i thought that the $125 was including installation. when todd showed up he explained to me that there was a $250 excessive solids charge and it was $395 to install the filter. i should have run them off at that point but i was stupid and i didn't. i thought there was going to be some digging involved for the filter installation so i approved it. todd was slick in the fact that he had me intial all of the charges before he started the work and since it had been 7 years since the tank was pumped i could understand the excessive solids charge which since this ordeal i have found out that charge is about $150 too much. but what really set me off was when they charged me $125 for a filter that cost $25 and $395 labor to glue a 4"""" pipe about 18"""" long to what they call a baffle tee which is nothing but a sanitary tee which took less than 30 minutes to install. boy did they stick it to me!!!!!!!!!!!!! i went to their office the next day and complained in person to the septic manager (don't remember his name) and told him that i feel that they should reimburse me $300 for the filter install. i feel that $220 for the filter and installation is more than a fair price especially since i have called some other companies and was told that they charge $150-175 for filter and installation if it is done at the same time that they come out and pump the tank. michael, the customer escalation manager, called me and offered $157 but i told him that i would not settle for less than $300 and they had a week to let me know. i have not heard from him so i am going to start typing reviews to let others know not to use delta plumbing because they will rip you off!!!!!!!!!!! on top of all of this i found out in telling everyone that i work with about delta plumbing that they had tried the same thing with a coworker 2 weeks before but he had enough sense to run them off. i did not. the total for my bill ended up being $1093. that's a long way from the $348 that was quoted by jacob .

I was definitely pleased with my service. While no one wants to deal with any kind of leak, Daniel, and his team Dustin and Derrick, would be the technician I would recommend if you have to. He explained everything as he was going through the house. He worked with us and answered all of our questions. We had an issue and he handled it very quickly and professionally. I will be requesting him if I ever have to call out a plumber again. They did a great job of taking care of my lawn when the tractor had to be delivered and removed.

Woke up this morning with water backing up into my shower, I'm on a septic system. Called around and Delta promised an appointment between 3pm and 5pm, let me say it is Sunday and I was ecstatic to find a company that would come out. I patiently waited until just after 5pm and called back for an update, understanding that some appointments can run long. I was told that someone would call me soon with an update. I never received a call, nothing. They never showed up and never called, it's 8pm now.

Totally and completely exceeded my expectations! Not only did I call at 6:30pm and they came out just a couple hours later, but one of the most professional and educational folks I've worked with. I needed my thermocouple replaced. I did 80% of the work (disassembled and took out burner) to see a thermocouple that didn't look like the one in my water heater. I thought I ordered the wrong part. It was time for the professionals.. I called, they took my info and a couple hours later Steven was here. Maybe 20 minutes after arriving my water heater was roaring getting nice and toasty once again! Super happy and heaven forbid I have plumbing issues in the future, I'm calling these guys! :)

Delta came out to jet our commercial sewer line for $850. 2 weeks later we get same backup. I called and was informed that they would service line for free unless they had to jet again. Well they did not need to jet but wanted to charge additionally for any service. Con artists.

My neighbor told me that there was a coupon in our neighborhood shopper magazine for septic tank pumping for $188 from this company. I found the magazine and called and scheduled an appointment. The coupon did not contain any disclaimers nor was I given any over the phone when I scheduled. The young man came out and reviewed. He then wrote up an estimate. The estimate included additional charges for a larger tank, for excess sludge, for cleaning the filter, and finally a fuel fee. I spoke with a manager and was able to get a """"discount"""" and I agreed to proceed with the work (because the tank was almost full), but just can't shake the feeling that it was bait and switch and I paid too much. And they only gave me a container of Bio Clean for treating the tank. He did not put any in the tank. We had to flush what we had down and then buy more. Lesson learned though. Update since Delta responded: The opportunity that I was given was to pay $135 just for them coming out. And I was not informed of THAT fee until the person arrived. At no point while I was scheduling the call was I told about any excess fees and I told them I had a coupon. My heart told me to refuse the service and refuse to pay that $135, but since I knew the tank was full, the fear of it backing up into the house overrode that concern. But I have cautioned my neighbors about using Delta.

Called Delta for a drain cleaning for the Advertised $79. The guy showed up late and informed my tenant there was a $15 fuel charge FIRST THING OUT OF HIS MOUTH. Tenant called me and I said agree to it even tho that should of been disclosed prior to his arrival.Gas prices are a little over $2 a gallon. The guy ran a snake down the line and a camera then told my tenant he was more of a septic guy and he would have to bring a plumber out the next morning. Never heard from them. And now they will never hear from me again.

Customer beware! **This review is in regards to septic service** Delta """"the educated"""" Plumber uses bait and switch tactics to up-charge unexpecting victims, aka customers, by luring them in with coupons that discount their septic pumping service to $188 for a 1,000 gallon tank, or $288 for a 1,500 gallon tank. These are very good rates, but what they don't tell you is, there is a fee of $125 to dig up the tank, which makes them more expensive than most other reputable companies (so much for that fictitious coupon). But wait, the joyride doesn't end there...not by a long shot! If you have anything floating in your tank, you have """"excess solids"""" which is an additional fee of $250 dollars. News flash, there will always be floating solids, called """"scum"""" which is the oil, grease, and fats. The """"scum layer"""" is more viscous than water, which causes it to float on the surface (this is normal) but Delta Plumbing feels you should pay an additional $250 which is more than the """"discounted"""" pumping service, for some fabricated nomenclature they made up to further extort money from their uninformed customers. But why stop there? Let's not forget the hydro-jetting fee, environmental fee, and camera line fee, which are all """"required services"""" that add on hundreds if not thousands of dollars! Take it from a victim who foolishly fell prey to these purveyors of poop...educate yourself, read reviews, and avoid getting ripped off.
