Recommended Customer Reviews

They are a company from hell. They exist to torment you. Their phone service is even worse, if you can believe that. If you get through, they'll hang up on you if your call is for a complaint. Sad to say, Home Depot uses them for various installations. Stay far away from this outfit. They will also try to 'con' you to buy what you really don't need. I called them from Home Depot at their Customer Service area and they hung up on the Customer Service agent at Home Depot. I called Home Depot and advised them to discontinue having them as a vendor for them. I was told they would move on it. Still, you never know. Stay away, stay away, stay away! If I could hit 5 zeros for their company, I'd hit it. i see they tried to 'take another customer for a ride of $8,000.00 from an original estimate of $199.00. AMAZING!

Professional, friendly, and most important honest,, I wished I would of called them first when my plumbing issues started, would of saved me a lot of money. I just wanna say thank y'all so much for everything y'all have done I really appreciate it and it's a big weight off my shoulders

Today, Dylan Crozier spoke with me and my husband, in our backyard, about pumping our septic tank that had been put in 3 years ago. The Company gave us an estimate of $199, but after they allegedly, """"inspected"""" the job, the cost rose exponentially to well over $8,000!!! Dylan said that unless we got the extra work done, that would include pulling a permit, they couldn't pump the tank, although, that's what we contacted them for. We, immediately, went to the County Office and after talking with staff, were advised to find another contractor because we had already been inspected when our 1,000 gallon tank was installed and they had no concerns about our soil, the cement drain field, or the age of our home, 50+ years. It appears as though the Delta """"Educated Plumber"""" Dylan, was trying to dupe/sucker us into going way over our budget and into debt. CAUTION: Avoid con artists at all costs! Dylan, like many other salesmen, have no conscience when it comes to gouging seniors, especially, if they're Black. And, of course, they present themselves as professionals with a big grin and a sincere demeanor. It's all a facade. AARP members and seniors everywhere, BEWARE OF WOLVES IN SHEEP's CLOTHING!

I wanted to come on here to give a review on this company since the reviews are up and down. To be start toward they came when we called. They showed up on time. The came and found our leak that we couldn't find. They talked through what was needed with no pressure to buy and we called them back to repair. Again, they showed up on time and fixed the leak and both people that came were educated and skilled. Please don't judge us by the pictures, our house went through a water leak!

The service was sub-par, replaced water pipes, left was a gaping hole in my wall. didn't place all dirt back in the trench which was dug up due to pipes needing replacement, very low water pressure after service, asked Tech to fix which he stated that would be another rate of repair. faulty repair statement. Arrived without all tools needed .

While I appreciate the initial customer service & responsiveness, the follow-up was horrible. The technicians hit my data line around noon on a Friday, and I didn't discover it until I got home around 3 pm. Needless to say, I was left with no tv or internet with an expected repair data/time from my internet provider of Monday between 8-12 noon which meant I'd have to take off work. Fortunately I woke up early and was able to get a Saturday repair but no one from Delta ever even called to follow up, and on top of it, after they made my """"repair"""" I was told I still have a leak so I guess I paid them for a repair but since I still have a leak, who knows?? They we're the ones who told me where my leak was. All I can say is, be careful.

Not only did they answer the phone when I called they had someone sent out within an hour. The technician was very professional and had awesome customer service! He was fast too which I loved. I will suggest them to all my friends and family and if I ever need plumbing help again I am definitely calling them. Signed-Very Pleased Customer

I called for service and when tech arrived he gave me a quote for over 500 dollars for a leak under my sink, which I thought was way out of line, so I call a competitor and got the job done for less than half the quote. It sounds like Delta was on a money grab.

Back up occurred on Friday and we had another company here on Saturday. The plumber told me he would call the office and have someone contact me so I could have a person here first thing Monday morning. Never heard from that company. Called Delta on Sunday and got on schedule for first thing Monday morning. The techs verified the septic tank was full and explained the steps they would be taking to get my system bak into usable condition. They gave me a few options for things I """"could"""" do, but had no pressure to choose. Agreed to work and added a riser to reduce the yard damage next time. They showed me photos in areas I could not see from the top and both employees were professional and did the job they told me they would do. Cleaned up work area and raked dirt in yard to give me a reasonably good look where they dug for the access.

We had a multi-part sewage issue that was ongoing for several months (May to October) in our house. The first couple of visits were promising. Chris Harvey I believe was the most helpful along with the very last two young guys that visited. I believe overall we had at least 5 visits. Not every visit was productive, some were redundant. So, we had sewage backing up the ground floor bathroom sink. After blasting the pipes and finding the septic tank, Turned out that there was a root growing in the side of the main sewage line, but not to the point of blocking the line. It was blasted, then clear for the vast majority. It should have worked. I should mention to figure out that issue up to that point alone took several visits. At several points in this debacle we were sure that the floors needed to be busted up and the main line changed, but ultimately that did not need to happen. It was absolute madness because one group would visit, try to diagnose the issue, go on the roof and camera the line. I would be the only one relaying the rundown from one visit of delta guys to the next. They do not keep a RECORD, from what I could tell, of what one plumber does or discovers to relay to the next guy that comes, should your issue not be resolved on the first visit or service need to be revised.
