I have a loved one with severe medical needs. Our reverse osmosis system went out. I rely on clean water for his medical care. I called Delta Pure because they are local and I've heard wonderful things about them. Johnathan came out and showed me the pressure in the tank was out and the water filters needed to be changed. My family has been through a major family crisis so financially I was concerned about how much this was going to cost. Johnathan saw my struggle and without hesitation he said Merry Christmas ! He gifted our family the filters and his labor. Yes I cried. Once in a while you run into people who really truly care about others. Delta Pure Water -Johnathan thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this gift of water. I will tell everyone how you not only fixed my problem but you helped me believe in humanity once again. We recently purchased a whole house water filter and softener with a reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen. To say the service was great is a bit of an understatement. Chris and his team we're awesome! They immediately came out the next day and installed the system!

They were professional, friendly, and just great overall people. The business model they run is second to none. Through the entire process, from price quote to install, they treated my family and I like friends, rather than just another customer. They took the time to explain everything, they didn't get annoyed when talking to them, and they provided us with our a lot of information as new home owners.

What sets Chris and his company apart, is that they take care of the little things. They noticed that I had a leak in one of my water spigot and I told them that I was going to take care of it when they were finished.

Once the job was completed, I noticed they fixed the leaking spigot and a recessed electrical outlet. It's things like that, that make Chris and Delta Pure Water a great company. I would recommend to family, friends, and anyone else without any hesitation.
