They HAD been a 5 until today! I had made an appt. with them on Monday, and gave a very thorough description of the issues involved for them to come fix Wednesday after 130pm. After taking the afternoon off and being at home from 1230 with our front gate open until 430pm...NO SHOW!!! Their was a phone message from ?Bobby? 336-***-1276 left on my phone requesting me to call him and yet AGAIN describe what needed to be done. I called him back and got a story re. getting 'caught up with some other issues'... He said he COULD come out and PROBABLY get one of the sinks unclogged today, but he 'would have to come back' (multiple visits=lots more $$$) for 'the other things'. Maybe they have grown so much they are relying on private contractors who have scattered other obligations and aren't committed to showing up; but for me to make an appointment, give a thorough description of work needed, taking an afternoon off work then to have NO ONE SHOW UP is personally insulting.
